MESOP BACKGROUNDER: EX CIA CHIEF GRAHAM FULLER VOTES PRO FETULLAH GUELEN
The Gulen Movement Is Not a Cult — It’s One of the Most Encouraging Faces of Islam Today
Graham E. Fuller Former vice chairman, CIA’s National Intelligence Council; Author “Breaking Faith” – 23 July 2016 – Huffington Post – (…) First of all, when we talk about Islamic leaders in Turkey, we’re talking about a very different scene than in most of the rest of the Muslim world. In Turkey, it’s basically a struggle among Islamic moderates. Neither Erdogan nor Gulen call for any kind of Islamic State, Sharia law or Caliphate. They both operate fairly comfortably within a primarily secular state structure established a century ago by the country’s modernizing secularist founder, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. We’re not really talking about Islam or theology but about power and influence. Politics in Turkey has always been a rough game, even within a basically democratic order. MESOP INSIDER : Failed Coup in Turkey: Implications for the Syrian Civil War
By: Christopher Kozak (ISW) – 23 July 2016 – This post represents the first in a series examining the implications of the failed coup in Turkey. President Erdogan has extended the State of Emergency for an additional three months and has begun purging the military as well as other sectors of Turkish society in the aftermath of the coup. This series will examine both the short- and long-term implications of likely actions by Erdogan as they relate to Syria, Iraq, and Russia.
The failed coup attempt in Turkey on July 15 will undermine elements of the Syrian opposition in the near term and could also disrupt the campaign against the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS) in Syria. The actors that stand to gain in the short-term include the regime, ISIS, and Syrian Kurds working with the U.S. In the long-term, Turkish President Recep Erdogan will emerge stronger and better positioned to further his various objectives in Syria. MESOP : ANNETTA KAHANE & HOW TO MAKE MONEY FOR NOTHING BUT SHIT / NEUES AUS DER WELT VON GENDER & LBGTI
Volltext http://www.mesop.de/?p=76258
MESOP : BRAVO NECLA KELEK !
….. alles ganz KLASSISCH ! Also ganz NORMAL !
