Syrian Coalition Condemns YPG?

Syrian Kurds migrate due to unemployment

Syrian Kurds experience difficulties in Kurdish areas of Syria due to worsening security situation, political divisions, unemployment. This increases smuggling and migration which results to the emptying for the Kurdish region. Moreover, the prices are increasing of goods and there is a lack of job opportunities in iraqi Kurdistan. According to Welati, the closure of the border crossing between Rojava-KRG resulted in an increase of smuggling and extortionists that exploit Syrian Kurds that want to cross the border for more than 300 dollars.  – Posted

PYDMitglieder forderten in vielen Orten, insbesondere in ʿAmuda, alQahtaniya (Tirbesipî), alMaʿbada (Girkê Legê) und alMalikiya (Dêrik), alle Ladenbesitzer über Lautsprecher zur Schließung ihrer Läden auf. Sie drohten, bei Zuwiderhandeln die Schließung »durch Revolutionäre zu erzwingen«.

Tall Hamis: Arab tribes call for fight against PKK & YPG

KUDWATCH, February 27, 2014—On February 18, 2014, several thousand members of Arab tribes gathered in Tall Hamis. Two speakers, including a member of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant, called for a fight against the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) as well as against the Democratic Union Party’s (PYD) People’s Defense Units (YPG). »We promise to burn down alQamishli over their heads«, one of the speakers said. Both speakers explained that they represented the large Arab Tai and Jabbur tribes.
