Wegen seiner Aussagen über Homosexuelle wurde der Biologieprofessor Ulrich Kutschera zu einer Geldstrafe von 6.000 Euro verurteilt. Das Amtsgericht Kassel sprach den 65-Jährigen am Montag wegen Beleidigung schuldig. Kutscheras Äußerungen seien nicht durch die Freiheit der Wissenschaft gedeckt, sagte der Richter: “Es kommt auch auf den Zusammenhang an.”

A rare declassified budgetary report shows that Israel’s primary external intelligence agency, the Mossad, has received large increases in funding since 2016. The report was released on Monday by the Office of the State Comptroller. It covers a two-year period starting from August 2016. It is extremely rare for any document on Mossad’s internal affairs, including its budget, to be made available for public viewing.

Die Linken sahen sich als die Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Weltgeschichte und so nannten sie auch die Leute, die sich in Firmen und Behörden darum kümmern sollten, weil Gleichstellung ihr Ziel war. Alle Menschen waren gleich und sollten gleich behandelt werden.

Militias continue as an unwelcome presence, and concern was raised that ISIS is using lockdown for recruitment purposes. Residents continue asking the question of whether immigration or returning home is preferable. Die Richtlinie sehe vor, künftig Begriffe zu vermeiden, die Rollenklischees bedienten. Dazu zähle demnach auch die Formulierung „Mutter-Kind-Parkplatz“. Zudem sollten Einzelpersonen nicht mehr mit „Herr“ oder „Frau“ angesprochen werden.

On July 29, Turkey announced the launch of joint large-scale tactical and tactical flight exercises involving Turkish and Azerbaijani ground forces and air forces.[1] The exercises, taking place July 29-August 10, include live firing and involve some 5,000 personnel, 150 units of military armored vehicles, up to 150 units of artillery and air defense systems, and up to 30 jets, helicopters and drones. [2] They are being held in Azerbaijan, in the areas of Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja, Kurdamir and Yevlakh. Ground exercises are being held in Baku and Nakhchivan August 1-5, with artillery, armored vehicles, and mortars striking simulated targets.[3]
