If the U.S. military withdraws in earnest from #Iraq, I’m not confident that the Iraqi Security Forces are capable of preventing the regeneration of the Islamic State. #Soleimani is gone, but if tradeoff is an ISIS comeback how is this is a win for the United States & its allies?
