PKK & Turkey won’t achieve their goals through military operation: CEMIL BAYIK
The co-chairman of Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) leading council stated that the party and Turkey government cannot achieve their goals through military operation. Speaking to DW TV, Cemil Bayik said: using military toll cannot solve the current problem in Turkey and neither the PKK nor Turkish government can achieve their goals militarily.
He reiterated that only politics and democratic viewpoint can solve the problem of Turkey Kurds, adding that no one can annihilate Kurds with the policy of cultural assimilation and mass killing of Kurds. Bayik also said:” that the solution to Kurdish problem in Turkey is to confess the presence of the problem and if the step is taken we are ready to give hand to them.” The official further said that the democratic autonomy system that has been offered for ruling Kurdish regions in Turkey should be accepted. www.mesop.de
