Sputnik 23 July 2017 – Die USA haben keine rechtliche Grundlage, in Syrien zu bleiben, wo sie ohne die Genehmigung von Damaskus eine Militäroperation gegen die Terroristen führen. Dies erklärte am Freitag der Chef des Kommandos für Sonderoperationen der US-Streitkräfte, General Raymond Thomas, beim Sicherheitsforum in Aspen im US-Bundesstaat Colorado.

Iraq – German ISIS girl found in Mosul is in good health
By Rudaw 3 hours ago – 23 July 2017 – BERLIN (AP) — A German girl who ran away from home after converting to Islam has been found as Iraqi forces liberated the northern city of Mosul from Islamic State extremists, German and Iraqi officials said Saturday. She is reported to be in good health and will be interrogated next week by Iraqi officials.
The 16-year-old teenager, only identified as Linda W. in line with German privacy laws, is getting consular assistance from the German Embassy in Iraq, prosecutor Lorenz Haase said from the eastern German city of Dresden. Three Iraqi intelligence and investigative sources confirmed to The Associated Press that the German teenager, who was apprehended in the basement of a home in Mosul’s Old City earlier this month, was Linda W. Die wenigsten dieser Ideen klingen realistisch, human und praktikabel. Eine große Ausnahme macht die Idee eines guten syrischen Freundes von mir: Der schlägt vor, einfach alle heiligen Stätten, Prophetengebeine, und was da in der Region noch so alles rumliegt- und steht, abzubauen und in der Wüste in Nebraska oder Arizona wieder aufzubauen. Und alle, denen es um den Schutz heiliger Stätten geht, die bereit sind, ihr und das Leben unzähliger anderer für irgendwelche vermodernden Gebeine zu opfern, die sollen dann, meint mein syrischer Freund, ihren heiligen Stätten bitte folgen. In Nebraska und Arizona gäbe es ja genug Platz und viel schaden könnten die da nicht anrichten. Tausende haben schon geirrt ! , nun aber kommt der Richtige in Gestalt eines notablen Hurra-Atheisten, der allerdings auch keinen „funktionalen“ – sondern nur kostspieligen Vorschlag macht, den ich wesentlich billiger futuristisch zu empfehlen wüßte, etwa als billiger 3-D-Ausdruck aller Heiligen Stätten oder besser noch als grandiose Computerimagination, im Großformat projizierbar wo auch immer.
Aber alle Gläubigen in die Wüste schicken zu wollen, mithin auch für alle frommen Juden erneut den Exodus ins Auge zu fassen, – diese Facon eines triumphal bescheuerten Gedankens dürfte ihrem Verfasser wohl nur deswegen entgangen sein, weil er fatalerweise seinen Vorschlag für Humor hält. Den aus der „Hölle des Humors“.
Pragmatisch noch dazu gefragt: verschwinden die „Heiligen Stätten“, entsteht nur mehr freier Raum. Und wie der von wem auf welche Art benutzt, bewohnt, gelebt werden kann, das ist vielleicht nicht die Tausendste – wohl aber die einzige Frage.
