MESOP SYRIA : United States Accuses Assad of Delaying Aid Shipments
Secretary of State John Kerry said Monday (WSJ) that, despite the recently negotiated cessation of hostilities, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad was “continuing to drag his feet” on allowing humanitarian convoys to access populations in need.
