SOUTH KURDISTAN (IRAQ) – Baffy: the referendum on self-determination is a legitimate right of the people of Kurdistan

6/7/2014 PUK Media –  former MP for the Kurdistan Alliance Bloc  Hamid Baffy said that the referendum on self-determination for the people of Kurdistan is a natural human right and a constitutional obligation, and no part can opposes this human and constitutional right.
