PKK should quit Shingal: US
12 March 2017 – Kurdpress – The interim Spokesman of the U.S. Department of State, Mark Toner, said the stance Washington over the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) has not changed and the party should quit Shingal, northern Iraq.
Our stance over the PKK in Shingal has not changed and we believe that they should not remain there, Toner said about the presence of the PKK in Shingal and recent clashes between forces affiliated with the PKK and Rojava Peshmerga. Our stance towards the PKK is the same as it was before and we consider it as a terrorist organization, Toner further added. www.mesop.de
