PYD reacts to Syrian National Coalition saying they are an anti-Kurdish artificial coalition supported by Turkey, Gulf States and claim they want to turn ‘our region’ in an area for sectarian conflict. PYD also calls on Arabs and Kurds to stay away from the coalition.

ARBIL – Anadolu Agency – 14-11-2013 – The leader of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), Massoud Barzani, has accused the Democratic Union Party (PYD) of making “secret deals” with the Syrian regime in an attempt to establish PYD rule in parts of northern Syria, also denominated as Rojava.“PYD claims having made a revolution in Rojava. And may I ask who is this revolution targeted at? The only thing that [the PYD] does is rule in areas that the [al-Assad] regime has conceded to them,” Barzani said in a written statement on Nov. 13.

The Druze Militias of Southern Syria
