No surprise Azerbaijan has cut off water to Armenians. Turkey has been getting away with the same thing for months. This really should not be normalized.
He is supposed to be in the middle of the #Euphrates River according to the #GPS, but the Euphrates has disappeared. For the third consecutive month, #Turkey is continuing its plans to use the water as a weapon against northern #Syria.
