YPG takes control of a village
Çelaxa 18.07.2013 – Western Kurdistan’s People’s Defense Units (YPG) have taken control of the Qesrok village in the district of Çelaxa Thursday afternoon. The district has witnessed fierce clashes between YPG and Al Qaeda affiliated Al Nusra since early morning. Many members of the armed gang group were killed in clashes here. After expelling the armed groups from the region, YPG units have taken control of the village of Qesrok. Clashes are reported to be continuing in the villages of Til Elo and Girhok.
