WEST KURDISTAN – Deadly Assad airstrike hits northwest town / Kfar Tarakhim

2-3-2014 – Regime airstrikes in a small northwestern town on the border with Turkey have killed at least 13 people, Syrian activists said, according to the Associated Press.

Two government air attacks on the town of Kfar Tarakhim in the northwest province of Idlib destroyed residential buildings, activists of the Idlib News group and the British-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.The strike occurred Saturday evening. The Observatory reported the death toll on Sunday.

A video uploaded to YouTube, purporting to show the incident, showed men carrying a child with a burnt face out of a blazing building.
