NEWS THAT’S TRENDING TODAY –The southern African country of Angola has reportedly banned Islam and Muslims from the country, in a disturbing crackdown from the largely Christian country on its small Muslim population. Minister of Culture Rosa Cruz e Silva recently delivered a troubling speech suggesting that Islam has never officially been legalized in Angola. Since then, the government has begun closing the country’s mosques and and dismantling its minarets.
