YARMOUK PALESTINIAN CAMP IN DAMASCUS UNDER FIRE & STARVATION
Yarmouk Palestinian refugee camp, #Damascus, 10-11-2013: This two-month-old Palestinian baby, Omar Hussein, died earlier today of starvation and a lack of medical materials due to the months-long regime siege on Yarmouk refugee camp in Damascus.
Western ‘friends of Palestine’ (sic), including George Galloway, Cynthia McKinney, Dennis Kuchinch, Mairead Maguire and Ramsey Clarke continue to support the Assad regime. Perhaps they should explain to Omar Hussein’s grieving parents exactly how starving their baby son to death qualifies as an act of ‘resistance.’
