The meeting included the Democratic Progressive Party (PUK-funded, ally of PYD) that earlier boycotted the conference, but it did not include the PYD nor the People Council of West-Kurdistan reports Welati.
Day 2. Hewlêr meetings: Progressive (Pêşverû) attended the meeting today, PYD/TEV-DEM boycotted all over again.
