PKK / HPG WAR NEWS ON RECENT MILITARY ACTIVITIES
TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC- SEVERE CLASHES CONTINUES IN SEMDINLI: 49 SOLDIERS KILLED
1. On 29 July at around 05:30 hour, enemy forces placed themselves on the Mnt. Guman. At 06:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action on these enemy soldiers on the Mnt. Guman. As a result of this action, 2 enemy soldiers killed and 1 other wounded. There has been intense clashes continued in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers in this area, from 06:00 to 20:30 hours. At 16:30 hour, our guerrillas hit and destroyed a sikorsky type helicopter, which wanted to pull out enemy soldiers from the area.
Again, two sikorsky type helicopters, which wanted to fly from Semdinli Brigade has been ressited by our guerrillas and as a result these two helicopters had pull out as well.
The occupier force of Turkish state army couldn’t be able to brake the resistance of our guerrillas all day alone and, as a result enemy carried out intense bombardments on the area with war-planes, obus and mortars. Later, the enemy forces attempted to pick-up and pull out with dozens of sikorsky type helicopters under the intense bombardments on the area, until night hours.
As a result of all day clashes a total of 49 enemy soldiers killed and many more wounded.
The area contiue to be under the control and sovereignity of our guerrillas.
2- The occupier forces of the Turkish state army periodically carried out bombardments with war-planes, obus and mortars, on the Hill of Gumoke, Goste, Genistepe, The River of Haci Beg and the Village of Nirukola, in between 29 July at 20:00 hour-30 July at 06:00 hours.
3- On 29 July in between 11:00-12:00 hours and 16:00-17:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against the enemy’s Gare Regiment, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, with heavy weaponary. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
4- The occupier forces of the Turkish state army periodically carried out obus and mortar attacks on the Hill of Konserve, Karker and Genis, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, in between 29 July at 18:00 hour until morning hours of 30 July.
5- On 28 July at 15:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out actions with heavy weaponary on both Rubarok and Girana military stations, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result of these actions, while the buildings of these military stations have been damaged, also a camalian and a hedhehog type military vehicles hit and damaged as well.
6- On 29 July at around 06:00 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers from the Kirmizikopri military station/Pulumur/Dersim, who launched a military operation. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed, number of enemy soldiers wounded couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of the clash, enemy forces opened rapid fire on the surroundering area with no aim, and also carried out bombardments with obus and mortar on the area.
7- On 24 July, a military helicopter which has been hit and damaged during the clashes in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, has fallen and destroyed after a while later in the area in between the Villages of Samara and Beyganze

OUR REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION CONTINUES – IN SEMDINLI
1- On 30 July at 16:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out two sepparate actions against the soldiers of the occupier forces of Turkish state army, who wanted to push our forces from the Straits of Nirkola and Masiro/Semdinli/Hakkari. The clashes here continued until 19:30 hour, and as a result, 15 enemy soldiers killed and 8 others wounded in the clashes of Strait of Nirkola. And, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified as a result of clashes occurred in the Strait of Masiro. Aftermath of the clashes, while the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the area, they took away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky type helicopters. Also, occupier Turkish state army pulled one step back in the night hours.
2- Tens of war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Villages of Nirkola, Ranyapire; the Hills of Goste, Genistepe and Masiro; and the surrounding area of the River of Haci Beg/Semdinli/Hakkari, in between 30 July at 20:00 hour to 31 July at 04:00 hour. Again, the obus and mortar attacks also made in these areas. Also, the occupier Turkish state army closed the Road of Semdinli-Gerdiya to traffic since 29 July.
3- On 30 July in between 12:00-16:00 hours, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the Mnt. Govende/Gever/Hakkari.
4- On 30 July at around 11:30 hour, two sikorsky type helicopters attempted to fly from the district of Gever/Hakkari to the areas of Oramar and Sitaza faced resistance of our guerrillas and had to pull back. Aftermath of this, the sikorsky type helicopters made an attempt again under the support of cobra type helicopters and this then also repeled by our guerrillas.
5- On 30 July at around 23:00 hours, the roads of Oramar and Sitaza, in the district of Gever/Hakkari have been closed by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also destroyed a bridge in between Oramar and Sitaza as well. Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the area with obus and mortars.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC THE OPERATION OF SEMDINLI IS ON THE 9TH DAY
1- On 31 July, the clashes continued until afternoon hours in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, and as a result 3 in the upper Strait of Nirkola, a unit commander in the upper Gumoka, and a soldier in the Strait of Masiro, a total of 5 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. On the same day at around 11:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against enemy forces in the district of Semdinli, who wanted to intervene with cobra type helicopters, tanks and scorpian type armoured vehicles to the surrounding area of the Village of Navreza. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed. At 17:00 hour, while enemy forces attempted to intervene onco more and faced second action by our guerrillas and, as a result of thhis second action a hedgehog type military vehicle demolished and 2 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. The enemy units who wanted to march also have been hit by our guerrillas and as a result 5 enemy soldiers killed here.
Total of 14 enemy soldiers killed after the clashes continued all day. And, 1 of our guerrilla name Sahin Zap (Isa Tacidar) reached to martry after a brave resistance.
Enemy forces couldn’t be able to move forward as a result of resistance of our guerrillas and, took the 10 minutes road in 7 hours.
Also, in the morning hours of 1 August, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments against the area with cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars.

Also, enemy forces launched a military operation in the area by air-landing its forces and pulled back on 31 July.
3- On 31 July in between 15:00-16:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Oramar military station/Gever/Hakkari, with heawy weaponary. As a result, 2 positions of enemy destroyed.
4- On 31 July at around 17:30 hour, a 20 minutes clash occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy forces launched a military operation in the region of Gire Cetan/Uludere/Sirnak. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of the clash, enemy forces carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky type helicopters.
5- The occupier Turkish state army have been carrying out bombardments on the area of Ciyares/Seladize/the Medya Defence Areas; Geliye Zap, the Mnt. Hene, the Hill of Helwesis, Samuray and the area of Buyuk Gare/Cukurca/Hakkari. While the bombardments continues, a fire began in the area, which still continues.
6- On 31 July at around 11:00 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a Head of a Village-guard and contra, Nesip Timur, who also played a role in martrying our guerrillas, in between the district of Beytussebap and the Village of Mezra/Sirnak. The action taken after a intelligence received by our guerrillas and, Nesim Timur and his accompanion Samil Timur have been wounded.

THE OCCUPIER TURKISH STATE ARMY COULDN’T ADVANCE ON THE 10TH DAY, AS WELL
1- On 1 August at around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a sikorsky type helicopter belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which was cross the border and attempted to fly from Gire Cetan/Uludere/Sirnak to Deriye Dawetiye. As a result, the helicopter has been hit and damaged by our guerrillas and had to flew back. Aftermath of action, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the area of Deriye Dawetiye.
2- On 31 July, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army launched a military operation on the surrounding areas of the district of Kocakoy (Qaraz) and the village of Kocakoy/Amed. On 1 August at around 08:00 hour, there has been a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and operational enemy forces. As a result, while a Panzer damaged, 4 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the clashes, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the area with cobra type helicopters, tanks, obus and mortars. The enemy military operation pulled back at around 11:00 hour.
3- On 1 August at around 11:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy military convoy belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which attempted to go to the Rubarok military station in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, while an armoured military vehicle destroyed, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
At the same hour, our guerrillas carried out an assasination action on the Strait of Nirkola facing the Mnt. Masiro. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed.
On 1 August at around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy forces, who came to the Bridge of the Village of Navreza, with armoured military vehicles. The clashes in the area continued until 19:30 hour and, as a result 15 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the clashes, the occupier forces of Turkish state army intensively bombarded the area with war-planes, tanks, armoured vehicles, cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars.
On 1 August at around 16:00 hour, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the Hillsides of Robunus and Navreza, with war-planes, cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars.
4- On 1 August at around 14:30 hour, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried an action against an enemy military convoy, which attempted to go to the Rubarok military station, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While enemy tanks were pounding the surrounding area with no aim, a military vehicle has been damaged in between the Villages of Begirde and Kerkit by our guerrillas. The enemy military convoy couldn’t be able to brake the resistance of our guerrillas and had to repulse back to the district of Semdinli. Aftermath, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the area of action.
Also, enemy soldiers, who wanted to do Road control in the Village of Kerkit, had repulse to the Besosin military station, as well.02. 08. 2012

ACTION AGAINST THE ADMINISTRATIVEOF THE DISTRICT OF SEMDINLI
1- On 1 August at around 00:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out a road control in between the Villages of Sirtlan and Gurcubulak/Dogubeyazit/Agri. As a result of this action, 5 TIRs have been burnt together with their loads.
2- On 1 August at around 20:00 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and operational enemy soldiers nearby the Hill of Sanduk/Pulumur/Dersim. As a result of this clash, the operation have been expanded towards the Valley of Xarcik as well. Enemy operation still continues.
3- On 2 August at around 16:30 hour, the YJA-Star guerrillas carried out a sabotagaje action against a train from Mus-Elazig, in between the areas of Zengok and Karahamza. As a result of this action, 5 cars of the train have been destroyed.
4- On 2 August in between 19:00-20:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road control nearby the Bridge of Nerguse, in between the districts of Gever and Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, 50 vehicles have been stopped and, the I.D.s controled and the people have been informed about the latest developments. On 3 August, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army have launched a military operation on the area of road control action took place. Enemy operation still continues.
5- On 2 August at around 21:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the enemy administrative of the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
6- In the afternoon hours of 2 August, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar attacks on the Villages of Nergeh and Zere; the areas of Sehit Artes, The River Baze and Sehit Gafur/Oramar/Gever/Hakkari.
7- On 2 August in between 15:00-16:00 hours, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried an action against Oramar military station/Gever/Hakkari, with heawy weapons. As a result, 3 enemy positions have been destroyed. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
8- On 2 August in between 10:30-11:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against an enemy military convoy in between the Villages of Muse and Kerkit, which left Rubarok military station and was going to the district of Semdinli.
On the same day, in between 13:00-14:00 hours, our guerrillas also carried another action to a second enemy military convoye, which came from the district of Semdinli and heading to the Rubarok military station.
On the same day in between 15:00-15:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a third action against to another enemy military convoye, came out of Rubarok military station and was heading to the district of Semdinli.
As a result of all these three actions against enemy’s military convoyes, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
Aftermath of these actions, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments with tanks and panzers on the area of actions, with no aim. As a result of these bombardments, there is a fire began in the area, which still continues.
9- On 3 August in between 06:00-07:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against a military convoye in the triangle of Begoza, Salara and Kerkit, which attempted to go from the district of Semdinli/Hakkari to the Rubarok military station. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed, 1 scorpian type armoured vehicle damaged and, 2 lorries loaded with ammunition destroyed after exploaded. The enemy military convoye couldn’t be able to move and stucked on the road. Aftermath of the action, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the surrounding area of the action for an hour, with cobra type helicopters, panzers and tanks. As a result of this bombardment, a fire begun in the area, which still continues.
10- On 10 August at around 19:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy’s Kertmine military station, in the district of Midyat/Mardin. As a result, number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
11- On 2 August in between 19:30-20:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road blocage action in between the area of the district of Omerli and the city of Mardin. 50 vehicles stopped and the I.D.s controlled and, people have been informed about the latest developments. In the morning hours of 3 August, the occupier force of Turkish state army launched a military operation on the area of action, which still continues.
12- On 1 August, our guerrilla forces have nothing to the with the case of burning 5 work machines in a work yard belongs to Mehmet Emin Acar, nearby the Bespin/Silopi/Sirnak. This attack has been carried out by a contra unit belongs to the Turkish state army.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – A BLOW TO THE OCCUPIER TURKISH STATE ARMY IN BOTH SEMDINLI AND ERUH
1- On 3 August, the occupier forces of Turkish state army attepted to carry an attack on a Hill in between the Straits of Nirkola and Masiro/Semdinli/Hakkari. Thereafter, in between 03:00-19:00 hours, severe clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers. On the same day at around 23:00 hour, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments. Again, on 4 August in between 02:00-07:00 hours, intensive clashes occurred as well. As a result of in all clashes for the last two days, while total of 17 enemy soldiers killed, 2 of our guerrilla friend also reached to martry after brave resiostance. We will inform public about the I.D. details of our martryd guerrillas as soon as details avaliable.
2- On 4 August at around 07:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against the enemy soldiers belongs to the occupier Turkish state army on the Hillside of Masiro/Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
3- On 4 August in between 07:00-07:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action with heawy weapons against the Gare military station, in the district of Gever/Hakkari. As a result, while the buildings of the military station damaged, number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be bale to clerified.
4- The occupier forces of the Turkish state army have been intensively bombarding the Hill of Goste, Karker, Masiro, the Valley of Nirkola/Semdinli/Hakkari, with war-planes, cobra type helicopters, obus and mortars, since 2 August.
5- On 1 August at around 00:15 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against a 2 scorpian type armoured enemy vehicles in the suburb of Tekser/Hakkari. As a result, while 4 members of special teams wounded, and 1 scorpian type vehicle damaged. Aftermath of the action, enemy open fire on the surrounding area with no aim.
6- On 4 August in between 08:00-09:00 hours, a sikorsky type enemy helicopter attempted to fly to Sitazin military stations from the district of Gever/Hakkari. Yet, had to flew back after resistance of our guerrillas.
7- On 2 August at around 19:15 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against the enemy forces of the Eski Eruh military station and its two security hills/Eruh/Siirt, where enemy was preparing to launch extensive military operation on the area of Garisa. As a result, while enemy lost tens of its soldiers, the enemy military operation in the area of Garis still continues. The details of enemy operation and actions will be shared with public in the coming days.
8- On 3 August, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area in between the Villages of Mervana and Cilgir and, the area of Nordise/Gurpinar/Van. On the same day at around 20:30 hour, a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and a unit of 30 operational enemy soldiers. As a result of clashes, while 6 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas, the occupier forces of the Turkish state army carried out bombardments on the Hill of Mervana, with cobra type helicopters. Aftermath of clashes, the enemy forces carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky helicopters for four times under the support of cobra type helicopters.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC AN ACTION IN CELE
Our YJA-Star forces, which has been active for a while now, carried out an action against the Hill of Gire Orte belongs to the Sere Seve Battalion, in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari, on 3 August at 14:00 hour. As a result of this action, 1 enemy soldier killed and 1 A4 type weapon has been also destroyed. Aftermath of the action, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardment with obus and mortars on the area of action. As a result of this bombardment a fire began in the area, which still continues.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION IN CUKURCA
1- On 4 August at around 22:45 hour, our guerrilla forces carried out a Revolutionary Operation, on the names of our Martrys Arjin Garzan (Leyla Altan) and Mahir Baskale (Hasim Kaya), on the 19 different targets of military base and stations in the district of Cele/Hakkari.
The first phase of the Revolutionary Operation have been succesfully completed, which was carried in a retaliation against the complete isolation carries on our Leader and; on 24 March , our 15 female guerrillas under the command of Arjin Garzan have all been martryd in the rural area of Sirvan/Bitlis and; martrys occurred in the region of Erzurum, last winter. Our guerrillas targeted the Rindike Military Station and its two security Hills, where 170 soldiers and a team of village-guards positioned, have been completely taken by our guerrilla forces within 40 minutes. Our guerrillas searched all around the military station and as a result, more than 20 weapons and many numbers of military materials have been confiscated. Here, it has been clerified that more than 70 enemy soldiers killed, and tens of enemy soldiers wounded. Also, 5 Panzers and 1 Hodgehog type armoured vehicle have been destroyed. As well as, 9 village-guards who were present in the Rindike military station also have been taken as a prisioner, yet later have been released as the clashes were continuing.
Our guerrillas also took control of the Road of Hakkari-Cele in two different points in case of a any possible intervene of enemy forces. Here, our guerrillas stopped the vehicles and the people have been informed about the Revolutionary Operation. In mean time, our guerrillas effectively hit a enemy military convoy, which was coming from the Geman military station/Cele/Hakkari, to intervene to the area. As a result, 1 Panzer destroyed and 1 other damaged. This enemy convoy have been repulsed by our guerrillas.
In the content of our Revolutionary Operation; the Centre of Brigade in the district of Cele, the Sere Seve Battalion, The Eris Battalion, the Bilican Regiment, the Hill of Gire and the 49 military station have been effectively hit by our guerrilla forces.
Again within the cover of this operation; the Karatas military station and its two security Hills also have been targeted. Here, 1 military building have been left in flames as a result of effective hit, and a position where there was a mortar has been destroyed and, many numbers of enemy positions hit and damaged.
While the clashes continues in the area, as a result of this operation, a total of more than 100 enemy soldiers killed and around 100 others wounded. Also, more than 20 weapons and many military materials belongs to the enemy have been confiscated by our guerrillas. The clashes still continues in the area, which is under the control of our guerrillas forces, and in the clashes as a result of this operation a total of 7 of our guerrillas have been martryd after heroic resistance.
We will continue to share the developments and the I.D. details of our martryd guerrillas with our people and public, as we get details.
2- In the scope of Revolutionary Operation of Semdinli, on 4 August at around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action with heawy weapons against the Gare Military station/Semdinli/Hakkari. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
3- On 4 August in between 12:00-14:00 hours and again on 5 August 00:00-03:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the River of Haci Beg and its surrounding area/Semdinli/Hakkari.
4- On 3 August at around 16:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the reinforcement military convoy going for the enemy in Semdinli, nearby the Bridge of Genclik, in between the cities of Van and Hakkari. As a result, 1 scorpian type armoured military vehicle destroyed and 1 scorpian type armoured military vehicle damaged by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also carried out second action here against enemy soldiers and professional and specialised bomb units came to intervene. As a result of both actions, 4 enemy soldiers killed and 6 others wounded. Aftermath of these actions, the operation launched by the occupier Turkish state army in the area, pulled back on the same day.
5- On 4 August in between 04:00-05:00 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried air traffic movements in between the districts of Semdinli and Gever/Hakkari. This air-movement of enemy continued until afternoon hours. And, at 13:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against enemy air-traffic. As a result, 1 sikorsky type helicopter has been hit and damaged by our guerrillas. The enemy helicopter flew away in flames.
6- On 4 August in between 04:00-05:00 hours, it has been observed that the cobra and sikorsky type helicopters belongs to the occupier Turkish state army began to move on the lines of Oramar and Sitaza/Semdinli/Hakkari. Yet, the enemy forces couldn’t be able to brake the resistance of our guerrillas and, as a result carried out obus and mortar attacks on the surrounding areas with no aim.
7- On 2 August at around 19:15 hour, our guerrillas carried out an extensive action against the Eski Eruh military station and its two security Hills, in the district of Eruh/Siirt. The military building have been effectively hit and damaged, in 4 different points there were flames. Our guerrillas have completely taken over the control of the two security Hills of the military station. The dormitory and dining halls of the enemy soldiers on the Hills completely burnt as a result of our guerrilla’ rockets. In these Hills, 3 mid-automatic A4 weapons and 1 Nikon type binoculers have been confiscated and destroyed and, also some military materials confiscated by our guerrillas. In these security Hills, we could clerify that a total of 20 enemy soldiers killed and many more wounded. Also, the cobra type helicopters which wanted intervene to the action, have been effectivel hit and drawn away by our guerrillas. In this action, 2 of our guerrillas also reached to martry after heroic resistance. We will be sharing their I.D. details with our people and public once its cleared.
