ÖCALAN : 15 February protested with firebrand marches
NEWS CENTER (DIHA) – 15.2.2013 – Hundreds of people protested the 14th anniversary of the bringing Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) Leader Abdullah Ocalan to Turkey, namely 15 February in Şırnak, its Beştüşşebap, Silopi and Cizre districts, Diyarbakir’s Çınar and Kocaköy districts, Urfa’s Halfeti and Van’s Başkale district, Adana and Istanbul’s Central neighbourhood Gaziosmanpasa avenue. Firebrand marches and press statements were held to protect the 15 February. Police interfered to the marches in Sirnak and Silopi, so clash broke out. People attracted, “We demand the releasing of Dear Ocalan instantly and we condemn the 15 February international conspiracy.”
