MESOP’S WESTKURDISTAN SAMPLER II : Welati: FSA Mustafa Sheikh Against Provoking Kurdish Brothers
5.4.2013 – Head of FSA’s Military Council Mustafa Sheikh says he is against provoking his Kurdish brothers or attacking Efrin and says they want to solve the Kurdish issue in Syria without interference from outside and hopes that the Kurds will join the Syrian opposition. Moreover, he denied that he accused Jahbat al-Nusra of being involved in the assassination attempt against Riad al-Assad.

Panic in Qamishli
Yekiti media says still disagreements between PYD’s Council and the Kurdish National Council and panic in Qamishli people moving away from airport where most Assad security forces are located. There were allegedly some small tensions between a pro-Yekiti village and YPG, but in the end nothing happened.
