Assad Regime Attacks Kurdish Fighters in Hasakah
According to the pro-Kurdish ANHA news agency, the Syrian regime attacked a Kurdish People’s Defence Units (YPG) checkpoint in the city of Hasakah which resulted in clashes and a number of deaths.

Islamic Front Attacks Kurds Close to Azaz?
According to ANHA, the Islamic Front attacked Kurdish civilians close to Azaz. On 28 December, the SOHR reported that there were violent clashes between the YPG and the ISIS after the YPG ambush between the villages of Ma’rin and Qastal Jindo in the Efrin district. Definite reports of ISIS losses.
