MESOP : NO CHANGE / NO COOPERATION / NO FUTURE (AN ILLUSION CALLED IRAQ)

29-9-2014 – A Kurdish deputy from Gorran (Change Movement) denied reports that some Kurdish ministers in Baghdad have changed.

Amin Bakir denied in an interview with al-Ghad Press that Kurdish ministers in Baghdad have changed, adding that Kurdistani Alliance, main body of Kurds in Iraqi Parliament, has not made any decision in this regard since the issue is one of the disputes between the Kurdish region in the north and the central government and needs more negotiation. Reiterating that the posts given to Kurds in Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi’s government are not enough for Kurds, Bakir stated Abadi has not fulfilled his promise to pay the Kurdish region’s clerks. There are reports about tensions between Kurdish parties over Abadis’ Kurdish ministers.
