MESOP LATEST : GENEVA II Dispute occurs between Syria coalition & Kurdish members
24-1-2014 – Kurdpress – The Kurdish members of Syria main opposition coalition harshly lashed out the coalition’s leader Ahmad Asi al-Jarba after he did not mention the right and the situation of the country’s Kurds in his speech in Geneva II on Wednesday, Rudaw said.
According to the report the Kurdish members of the opposition body has blamed Jarba after his speech and stated they had negotiated the rights of the Kurds with Jarba and the leader’s move is against their former agreements. Speaking with Kurdpress, a Kurdish member of the Syria opposition coalition, Ibrahim Boro said the Kurds will take stance if the opposition body stops short of discussing the rights of the Kurds and their situation in Syria.
