Kirkuk Center for Torture Victims / Condemning Baath Regime
22. August – The Kirkuk Center for Torture Victims condemns the recent attack with chemical agents on the people of Syria. The photographic and video evidence of the use of such weapons is overwhelming. It deeply saddens us that 25 years after the gruesome attacks on Halabja the world sees yet again such a crime being committed on its very own people by a dictatorial regime.
