KDP-S Leader Wants PYD to Join SNC
Abdulhakim Bashar claims he will do his best to convince the PYD to join the Syrian National Coalition and to convince them to form a military Kurdish force to defend Kurdish areas. He claimed he had asked the US to put pressure on Turkey and encourage them to let the PYD join the coalition, but the Americans said the PYD had strong ties with the regime. Bashar asked the Americans to help the Syrians to sever these ties.
