IRAN : KURDISH PRISONER SENTENCED TO DEATH
17.1.2013 – MESOP – The Supreme Court ratified the death sentence imposed on Kurdish political prisoner, Reza Molazadeh from Salmas, and there is serious concern for his life. 25-year-old Reza was arrested 18 months ago by IRGC forces. No information was made available about his condition or whereabouts for many months. Only last week was Reza able to contact his family to inform them that he was sentenced to death on charges of membership in the Kurdish PEJAK party.
