HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH : CW ATTACKS = ASSAD DID IT !
Human Rights Watch released a report Tuesday saying “evidence strongly suggests that Syrian government troops launched rockets carrying chemical warheads into the Damascus suburbs.” Additionally, the report states that claims that rebel forces carried out the attack are “lacking in credibility and inconsistent with the evidence found at the scene.”
