HPG / PKK GENERAL STATEMENT ON RECENT MILITARY ACTIVITIES / FULL TEXT
Today, while blood is drawn in the Middle East, and the clashes spread upon on war in our country Kurdistan by the colonialist government of the AKP, the circles supporting the peace and the people of Kurdistan welcomed 1st September World Peace Day with great demonstrations and called for the peace. Despite the atmosphere of war and conflict in our country and the region, we believe that the peace, based on fraternity, equality and brotherhood of people, definitely will come one day and we value a great rate to the calls for peace.
Since 25th August in various parts of Kurdistan, our people hold demonstrations in many places under the slogan of “freedom for President Apo” and this request has reached a higher stage on 1st September World Peace Day. Our people demonstrated on the streets, shouted their demand about peace clearly and sincerely expressed their approach to the war and the peace. During the demonstrations for peace initially hold in Amed, Van and Istanbul and, in many other cities in Kurdistan and Turkey, it was emphasized that, peace can only be possible on the basis of President Öcalan’s freedom and the right of a statues for Kurdistan.
We appreciate and greet all our people who developed a variety of activities inside the country and abroad since 25th August, on the basis of claiming President Apo and invigorated this demand on 1st September. We especially consider the international campaign carried out in Europa, by “The Initiative for Freedom of President Apo” as an important step. It should be underlined that, all the effort spent on this issue will serve the peoples’ freedom and they will be milestones on the way to peace.
It should be noted that, today, we are not the ones improving the ongoing war in Kurdistan. The one continues this war is the AKP government and its colonialism. On the evening of 1st September, the Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced in an interview, joked about the peace day as usual and said “There is no Kurdish question, this has been exceeded nowadays” By this announce, he openly declared the escalation of the war in Kurdistan once again. He shamelessly declared to the public that, he prefers drawing blood instead of solving this question in a peaceful and democratic way. In addition, he obviously warned the Turkish press, that they should not show the reality to public. The Turkish prime minister who insulted the reality and human mind by the explanation of “There is no Kurdish question” expressed that the AKP government will do everything in Kurdistan including massacres. In the view of justice struggle rising for freedom of our people, the AKP government has been jammed and desperate. Expanding the political genocide, AKP government brought forward the escalating war process by throwing the Kurdish politician out of the Parliament just like what happened in 1994.
Obviously our patriot people has no other way rather to use their self-defense against AKP barking for war after he officially declared war with his last statements. AKP government declared all the Kurds as enemies in the name of Kurdish politicians and Freedom Movement and declared that he will continue to escalate the war. Against these fascist-racist-colonialist mentality, as a dept, all the quarters should keep away of being silent and take a position in favor of peace and a humanity.
It should be noted that, as our people and democratic organizations shouted on 1st September World Peace Day, we are also ready for solving this question in a peaceful way, providing freedom for President Apo and a politic statue for Kurdistan. However we clearly announce that we are strongly determined to outstand on the basis of our self-defense right against the racist-colonialist mentality which keeps the Kurdish President Öcalan in captivity destroys the Kurdish people by putting them in the mangle of cultural genocide and shows the situation to the whole community in Turkey as a simple and a daily event.
Kurdish people formed their decision; they will deny slavery, protect their existence and reveal whatever they have to celebrate the victory of struggle for freedom. In this important stage of history, the anachronistic slavery system imposed on our people will never be accepted. No power can be an obstacle in front of our guerillas, struggle for freedom with a historical knowledge and experience and the march of self-sacrificed Kurdistan people. Our people will definitely get the victory of their justice struggle. No one can be disciplined by persecution. Persecutors will be thrown to the dustbin of history. The “Democratic Modernity” which means peoples’ unity, brotherhood and living together in peace, will win anyhow.
It should be known that the peace will not easily come to such an environment where the sovereigns wants to come to the power by developing a policy on the bases of people’s exploitation. The peace can only be possible by the dominance of people’s desire as a result of a great struggle and resistance. On the basis of these facts, it is critically important that all the groups and friends supporting peace and democracy to upgrade the level of the struggle.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – OUR GUERRILLAS LAUNCHED A REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION – IN BEYTUSSEBAP
1- On 31 August at around 13:00 our, our guerrillas carried out an action against a point of Special Teams in between te area of Oramar and te district of Yuksekova/Hakkari. As a result, at least 1 member of the Special Operational Teams killed by our guerrillas.
2- On 2 September in between 07:30-17:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control on the Road in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped and controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing period.
While our guerrillas continue to control the region, they placed flags on both the Hills of Senala and Radiolink, on 2 September. Aftermath of the placement of flags, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on these Hills, until 06:00 hour this morning.
3- On 2 September at 22:00 hour, our guerrillas launched a Revolutionary Operation within the borders of the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak, by carrying out actions on all enemy bases of both military and policemen in the district of Beytussebap. Within the scope of The Martyred Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation, the district of Beytussebap and its surrounding area under our guerrillas control, now. We will give more detail information in regard to this operation and its outcomes in the coming days.
4- On 1 September at around 14:20 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against te operational forces of the enemy soldiers in between the Villages of Xatipawa and Dalya/Baskale/Van. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed and 2 others wounded.
After an hour of the action, the enemy forces intervened to the area of action with armored military vehicles and air-landing its forces on the area. At around 16:00 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and operational forces of enemy in the Triangle of the Village of Avzan. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified. Yet, 1 of our comrade martyred after brave resistance. Enemy forces carried an ambush on the corpse of our martyred comrade until 02:00 hour, and then in the morning hours of 2 September pulled back.

NOT: In addition to the number of enemy soldiers killed; During a military operation of the occupier Turkish state army, the soldiers opened fire against each other and as a result 2 soldiers killed. Also, 1 another soldier died as a result of propeller of the helicopter. With these, total of enemy soldiers known to be killed in the month of August, 2012 are 406.
The occupier Turkish state army knowingly targeting and bombards the civilian places. As a result of these bombardments many gardens, grape-yards and lands have been greatly damaged. Also, during a latest air-bombardment occurred, on 25 August, 2012, a chicken Farm and houses belongs to civilians bombarded and destroyed. As a result 8000 thousand chickens killed, the place destroyed and a car greatly damaged.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – DURING MARTYRS ADIL AND NUDA REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION – 54 SOLDIERS AND POLICEMEN KILLED
1- On 2 September at 22:00 hour, our guerrilla forces both in the Botan and Van regions launched a The Martyrs Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation. Within scope of this new Revolutionary Operation, our guerrilla forces targeted the enemy military bases of Bayrak, Beboske, Ceper; the building of the Brigade; the Mezra Regiment; the Gendarmerie station and its security Hill; the buildings of police and the Special Operational Teams and its security positions, the house of the head of the district; state building of the district; and, all other state buildings within and surrounding area of the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak. All the roads lead to the district of Beytussebap now under our guerrilla control.
During the operation, our guerrillas taken control of all the targeted point and positions belongs to enemy in the first 15 minutes, in the district. All the enemy position and watch cabins belongs to the Special Operational Teams and Police have been destroyed by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also took control of a security Hill positioned by Gendarmerie within the district, and destroyed all the points of the Police in front of the State Building of the district. Our guerrillas took control of the State building of the district, searched the building and confiscated many technical materials and ten after destructed the building together with the materials in it. The members of the Special Operational Teams and Police Forces left their positions and escaped to the Commandment of the Brigade. Also, our guerrillas destroyed the Bridge in between the district of Beytussebap and Sirnak.
While our guerrillas destroyed the most of the positions of the enemy on the Hill of Bayrak, also effectively hit the Mezra Regiment and Commandment of the Brigade. Also, the Hill of Beboske has taken over by our guerrillas, and our guerrillas have went on to 22 corpses of enemy soldiers killed. Here, our guerrillas confiscated weapons and military material belongs to these killed soldiers. All the heavy weaponry on this Hill have been destroyed. After our guerrillas took control of the Hill, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out obis and mortar bombardments on this Hill.
In the morning hours of 3 September, our guerrillas hit the sikorsky and cobra type helicopters, which came to carry away their corpses of soldiers killed. Here, 1 sikorsky type helicopter hit and taken down and 2 other sikorsky hit and heavily damaged.
During the first phase of the operation occurred in the central district and in its surrounding area, all the enemy military bases have been targeted and as a result total of 53 enemy soldiers and policemen killed and more than 50 soldiers and policemen wounded by our guerrillas. Also, during all this actions, 5 Panzers, 4 A4 weapons, 1 official vehicle belongs to the Head of the district, mortar of 120 have been destroyed by our guerrillas. Our guerrillas also confiscated 5 HK33 and its 30 cartridges, 1 full automatic BKC with its chain and bullets, 1 Karnas type assassination weapon, 1 bomb-thrower and its 5 rockets, 4 Thermal cameras, 3 big walkie-talkies, 1 small walkie-talkie, 2 day light binoculars, 3 telephones, 1 Nikon type camera, and many other military materials belongs to enemy.
While all the roads around the district of Beytussebap are under the control of our guerrillas, on the second day of the operation our guerrillas set-up control points on the road of Sirnak-Beytussebap and, stopped the vehicles and controlled the I.D.s of the passengers. Our guerrillas have informed the people and journalists belongs to different media on the revolutionary operation ongoing in the district. Our guerrillas continue to control the area. Also, our guerrillas placed its flag on the Hills facing the district. There is no initiation from the occupier Turkish state army yet, but occupier forces carrying out obis and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area of the central district, with no aim.
Within the scope of the operation, our guerrillas also carried out an action on the Hill of Ceper/Beytussebap, on 3 September. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and 1 other wounded.
During Martyrs Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation total of 4 of our comrades martyred. We will share their I.D. details in the upcoming days.
2- While our guerrillas still continue to control the area on the Yuksekova and Semdinli line, carried out different type of actions on 3 September. Those are;
On 3 September in between 09:30-18:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control in between the area of Gerdiye and Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas control the I.D.s of the people, also informed them about developing period.
On 3 September at around 10:15 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a sikorsky type helicopter, which came from the district of Yuksekova and wanted to air-land on the Mnt. Goman, nearby the Village of Sapata. As a result, the helicopter hit and heavily damaged and made a urgent land on the Hill of Radiolink. Aftermath of this action, enemy forces carried out obis and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area with no aim.
On 3 September at around 15:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out action against 2 sikorsky type helicopters carrying military material and ammunition from the district of Yuksekova/Hakkari to the Sitazin military station of enemy. As a result of this action, the sikorsky type helicopters had to repulsed.
3- On 3 September at around 17:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a operational enemy military convoy nearby the Korxe military station/Lice/Amed. As a result, 1 Mount Deer type armored vehicle has been hid and destroyed. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified. Aftermath of this action, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the surrounding area with cobra type helicopters with no aim. As a result of these bombardments on the area a bush-fire began, which still continues.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – 6 MORE SOLDIERS KILLED – IN CONTINUING REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION IN BEYTUSSEBAP
1- The Martyrs Adil and Nuda Revolutionary operation launched by our guerrillas on 2 September is still continuing.
While our guerrillas continue their control in the area, on 4 September at around 16:00 hour, carried out an action on the Hill of Ceper/Beytussebap. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed. On the same, our guerrillas also carried out another action against a military unit of the occupier Turkish state army enemy forces, which attempted launch a military operation nearby the Hill of Guni/Beytussebap. As a result of this action, 2 more enemy soldiers killed and 1 other wounded.
On 4 September in between 16:00-18:00 hours, our guerrillas also carried out a road control on the road of Beytussbap-Sirnak. While our guerrillas stop and controlled the I.D.s, also inform the people about the developing Revolutionary Operation and the period.
On 3 September, as result of the action carried out against the Beytussebap Regiment Commandment by our guerrillas, there has been severe explosion. And, a fire began in the building of the Regiment. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified.
On 5 September at around 06:00 hour, the occupier Turkish state army attempted to lunch a military operation on the areas of Kerko, Beybun, Meydan Zengile and Kejale/Beytussebap. Our guerrillas retaliated against the enemy’s attempt operation and as a result clashes occurred, which this clashes still continue time to time in the area. As we receive the details of clashes we will be sharing them with press and public.
Within the scope of the Revolutionary Operation in Beytussebap, our guerrillas also carried out two separate actions in both districts of Silopi and Cizre/Sirnak, as well. On 3 September at around 23:15 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action on a enemy military station on the borderline of the district of Cizre/Sirnak. As a result, 2 enemy soldiers killed and 4 others wounded.
On 2 September at around 22:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Special Operational Policemen in the district of Central Silopi. Yet, number of killed and wounded policemen couldn’t be able to clarified.
2- On 4 September in between 10:30-18:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control on the road in between the area of Gerdiye and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped the vehicles and controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing period.
The occupier Turkish state army continues its air-bombardments, on 5 September in between 02:00-03:00 hours, carried out air-bombardments with war-planes on the Mnt. Goman and its surrounding areas.
3- We have stated on 4 September that our guerrillas hit and heawily damaged a sikorsky type helicopter, which was coming from the district of Yuksekova and was heading towards the Mnt. Goman/Semdinli. And, later the helicopter had to land on the Hill of Radiolink. Yet, according to new details which we received, this helicopter have been fallen and destroyed while attempting to land on the Hill of Radiolink.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – THE REVOLUTIONARY OPERATION CONTINUES – IN BOTH SEMDINLI AND BEYTUSSEBAP
1- On 3 September at around 14:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action on a mine work-yard working in collaboration with occupier Turkish state army, nearby the Plateau of Fenk/Osmaniye. As a result, all the machines and vehicles burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas.
2- The Martyrs of Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation in and surrounding area of the district of Beytussbap, which launched by our guerrillas on 2 September, still continues.
While our guerrillas continues to control the area, carried out a road control on a road in between the district of Pervari/Siirt and Catak/Van, on 5 September in between 07:00-09:00 hours. The vehicles stopped, I.D.s controlled and the people have been informed on the continuing Revolutionary Operation and developing period.
In the morning hours of 5 September, the soldiers of the occupier Turkish state army have been cornered by our guerrillas on the Hills of Kerkol and Kejala, after they went to the Mnt. Kato within the scope of military operation they have launched.
On 6 September at around 06:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against a sikorsky type helicopter, which was carrying equipments to these operational enemy forces cornered here by our guerrillas. As a result, the helicopter has been hit and damaged by our guerrillas and then helicopter made a urgent landing to the Beytussebap Brigade.
On 5 September at around 18:00 hour, our guerrillas also hit and damaged a sikorsky type military helicopter nearby the Hill of Beboske. This enemy damaged helicopter also had to make urgent landing to the Beytussebap Brigade as well.
The occupier Turkish sate army’s all efforts have been naturalized by our guerrillas. And as a result, on 5 September in between 11:00-12:30 hours hours, the enemy war-planes carried out air-bombardments on the Mnt. Kato. The cobra type enemy helicopters also attempted to carry out air-bombardment on the area, yet long hour clashes occurred after retaliation of our guerrillas. Aftermath of the clashes the cobra type helicopters had to repulsed.
3- On 5 September in between 09:00-18:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control on a road in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas control the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing period.
4- On 5 September at around 16:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy operational forces, whose launched a military operation, nearby the Meymun military base within the border line of the district of Uludere/Sirnak. As a result, 3 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
5- On 5 September in between 18:45-19:45 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control on the Road of Silk Road in between the district of Baykan/Siirt and Bitlis. While our guerrillas stopped and controlled the I.D.s of almost 500 vehicles, also burnt and destroyed 10 TIRs belongs to companies with no trade permission.
6- On 5 September at around 12:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the operational enemy forces, whose launched a military operation, nearby the Korxan military station/Igdir. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified.
7- On 5 September in between 23:00-24:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Villages of Surede and Sile, the Hill of Casus/Kandil/Qeladize/the Medya Defense Areas.
8- On 5-6 September, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the area of Ciyaye Res/Zap/Seladize/the Medya Defense Areas. As a result of these bombardments, bush-fires began in the Village of Spindaroke, the Hills of Angola and Ferhat, and the Valley of Sive, which all still continues.
9- The occupier Turkish state army carries out a military operation in terms of ambushes in the areas of Cet, Sarisaltik, Kizilmezra and the Hill of Gozetleme, in the district of Hozat/Dersim.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – 4 ENEMY SOLDIERS KILLED AT CEMCE
1- On 6 September at around 13:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against a military convoye belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, which was heading to the Radiolink military station from the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, nearby the Village of Sapata. As a result of this action carried on the military convoye made of 4 Hedgehogs, 2 Scorpians and a Jammer type vehicles, 1 Hedgehog type military vehicle which carry 12 soldiers, has been destroyed by our guerrillas. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces closed the road to traffic for sometimes and carried away the corpses of killed and wounded soldiers, and as well as the destroyed vehicle.
While our guerrillas continue their routine road controls, also carried a road control on the road in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, on 6 September in between 09:00-18:30 hours. During the road control, our guerrillas also informed the people about the latest developments.
The war-planes belongs to occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the whole areas of Xinere Region and the Strait of Sexzade/Sideka/the Medya Defense Areas.
The war-planes of the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Mnt. Goman and the area of Sikere Spi, on 7 September in between 05:00-06:00 hours. As a result of these air- bombardments many of the gardens and grape-yards belongs to the Villagers living in the area have been damaged.
The war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the area of Merge/Carcela, on 7 September at 00:30 hour.
2- On 2 September, the occupier forces of Turkish state army launched a military operation in the areas of Kizilkilise and Penavus/Cemce, in the district of Kagizman/Kars. While the operational enemy forces closely watched by our forces, later carried out two separate actions on enemy, on 6 September. The first action carried out at 15:30 hour, at the Rocks of Horoz, where enemy forces positioned themselves, and as a result 2 enemy soldiers killed. The second action carried out at 18:00 hour, against an enemy unit in the area of Penavus. As a result of this second action, 2 more enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas. The enemy military operation still continues in the area with search and ambushes.
3- On 6 September at around 21:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a company continuing to work and build roads for military purposes despite the warnings we made. As a result, 2 Ladles belongs to a company name Faruk, have been burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – 33 SOLDIERS KILLED AT KATO
1- We have informed the press and public that the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Kato after the Martyrs of Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation launched by our guerrillas on 2 September in and surrounding area of the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak.
On 5, 6 and 7 September, intensive clashes occurred in between our guerrilla forces and the occupier Turkish state army, who launched a military operation, in different regions of the area of Kato Marinos.
In the morning hours of 5 September, the soldiers of occupier Turkish state army aimed to go to the area of Kato Marinos, where as a result clashes occurred in between enemy forces and our guerrillas. As a result of these clashes, 5 enemy soldiers killed and the march attempt of enemy in this area have been stopped by our guerrillas.
On 6 September at around 15:00 hour, a unit of enemy, which aimed to march to the area of Deriye Sehit Aliser have been ambushed by our guerrillas. As a result of intensive clashes occurred 10 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
Aftermath of loses of the occupier Turkish state army in above mentioned areas, the war-planes and cobra type helicopters intervened and air-bombarded these areas. In mean time while air-bombardments were continuing, enemy forces made an attempt to air-land their forces sikorsky type helicopters on the area of Deriye Zer, where our guerrillas targeted these helicopters and take under fire and effectively hit these helicopters. As a result, while these sikorsky helicopters repulsed without air-landing enemy soldiers on the area, 1 sikorsky helicopter which was hit and damaged by our guerrillas has left in flames before making urgent landing to the Beytussebap Regiment.
The occupier Turkish state army insisted to continue its operation, on 7 September at around 06:30 hours, the war-planes bombarded the areas of Deriye Sehit Aliser and Deriye Zer. Aftermath of the bombardments, a enemy unit which was attempting to reach to area has been aimed by our guerrillas and as result 5 enemy soldiers killed by our guerrillas.
Also, an enemy vungard unit made of 15 soldiers, who wanted positioned themselves on the Plateaus of Lalesin have been targeted by our guerrillas. As a result, 13 enemy soldiers killed and 2 others wounded by our guerrillas.
While the occupier Turkish state army carrying out intensive bombardments on the area, the enemy sikorsky type helicopters 5 times came and carried away their corpses of the killed and wounded soldiers.
As a result of all, the military operation intended to launch by the occupier Turkish state army on the Mnt. Kato did not make any significance and have been repulsed as a result of effective and crushing hits of our guerrillas before even got on the area. The clashes still continues time to time.
During 3 days long clashes 7 of our comrades reached to martry. Later, we will give out the I.D. details of our martryd comrades.
Within the scope of our Revolutionary Operation, our guerrillas also continued their actions in the central district of Beytussebap. On 7 September at around 20:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action by targeting the Building of Gendarmerie within the district. Our guerrillas effectively hit all the targets during the action. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clarified.
On 7 September in between 17:00-18:00 hours, our guerrillas also carried out a Road Control on the Road of Beytussebap and Sirnak. Almost 40 vehicles stopped, the I.D.s controlled and the people have been informed about the latest developments by our guerrillas.
2- On 6 September at around 19:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Directorate branch of the traffic in the district of Ergani/Amed. As a result, the guard cabin in front of the directorate has been destroyed and 2 policemen killed.
3- On 6 September at around 20:00 hour, our guerrillas, who were going to area of Xirwata for a duty, in the district of Yuksekova/Hakkari, have been attempted to ambush by the village-guards guarding the newly building of the military station. As a result clashes occurred and 1 village-guard killed and 1 other wounded.
4- On 7 September in between 09:00-18:30 hours, our guerrillas continued their routine Road Controls on the road in between the area of Gerdiya and the didtrict of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped and controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about the developing period.
5- On 7 September at around 12:00 hour, the occupier Turkish state army carried out bombardments with cobra type helicopters on the area of Bawan, in the district of Genc/Bingol.
6- On 7 September at around 17:00 hour, the occupier Turkish state army carried out bombardments with cobra type helicopters on the areas of Rojdere and Mirik/Dersim central. As a result of these bombardments a bush-fire began in the area, which still continues.
7- Our guerrillas detained the chairman of the AKP in the city of Hakkari, Abdulmecit Tarhan, on 2 September, who has been arrested after his interrogation completed.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – ONE ENEMY SOLDIER KILLED AT ORAMAR
1- On 7 September at around 14:30 hour, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried out an action on an military base belongs to the Oramar military station, in the district of Yuksekova/Hakkari. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed.
2- On 7 September in between 17:00-19:30 hours, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried out a Road Control on the Road of Mus-Bulanik. While 50 vehicles stopped and the I.D.s checked up, our guerrillas also informed the people about latest developments.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ONE SOLDIER KILLED ON THE MNT. GOMAN
1- The control of the rural areas of the district of Semdinli/Hakkari, since 23 July, still continues. Within this scope, our guerrillas carried out different types of actions on 8 September. Those are;
On 8 September at 12:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action agaonst the enemy operational forces belong to the occupier Turkish state army nearby the Mnt. Goman/Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and his corpse carried away with a sikorski helicopter by enemy.
On the same day at around 13:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out a separate action against the soldiers belongs to occupier Turkish state army, attempting to positioned themselves on the Hill of Goman. All the targets effectively hit by our guerrillas. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
Our guerrillas also continued their routine road controls on a road in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. On 8 September in between 09:00-17:30 hours, a road control carried out as well. While our guerrillas stop vehicles and controlled the I.D. of passengers, also inform the people about latest developments. During this road control, 1 cobra type helicopter belongs to enemy attempted to intervene to our forces, yet had to retreat after retaliation of our guerrillas. The cobra type helicopter hit and damaged by our forces.
On 8 September in between 13:00-14:00 and 22:00-23:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to colonialist Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments twice on the areas of Goste and Geliye Nirkola/Semdinli. The same areas also bombarded by obis and mortars as well.
2- Our guerrillas carried out a road control within the scope of the Martrys Adil and Nuda Revolutionary Operation launched on 2 September, by our guerrillas in the district of Beytussebap/Sirnak. On 8 September in between 15:00-17:30 hours, the road control carried out on the road in between the district of Pervari/Siirt and Catak/Van. While our guerrillas stopped the vehicles and the controlled the I.D.s of the passengers, also informed the people about the latest developments. In mean time, the occupier Turkish state army attempted to intervene to our guerrillas by air-landing its forces on the area with sikorski type helicopters. Here, our guerrillas hit and damaged 1 sikorsky type helicopter. The enemy helicopter had to repulse from the area and made a urgent landing in the district of Pervari. Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army bombarded the area of action two times with cobra type helicopters.
3- On 8 September in between 18:30-19:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control on the road in between the district of Midyat/Mardin and Idil/Sirnak. While our guerrillas stopped the vehicles and controlled the I.D.s of passengers, also informed the people about latest developments. In mean time, 2 TIRs have been burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas for being working for enemy and trading in Kurdistan with no permission. As a result of an intervention made by a group of village-guards, clashes occurred. The result of the clashes couldn’t able to clarified yet.
4- On 8 September in between 01:00-12:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the villages of Kafya, Ergene and Siyane; the Valley of the River Xazir and Kani Xezale/Gare/Seladize/the Medya Defense Areas.
