EAST KURDISTAN (IRAN) – Court proceeding begins against Kurdish teacher from Bokan
PDKI on November 16, 2012 – A court proceeding against a teacher from the city of Bokan in Iranian Kurdistan begun two days ago. According to human rights organisations the teacher, Molod Khoanchezerd, had earlier been released on a bail of 20 million Toman after spending 11 days in prison. Molod Khoanchezerd was a journalist who became a teacher in Arabic. He was arrested for articles he had written in several different Magazines and in online newspapers.
