Damascus government change will not affect the existence of Kurdish administration: “PM” tells Kurdpress

4-3-2014 – The “Prime Minister of Kobani” canton, one of the administrations Syrian Kurds have established, stated government change in Damascus will not threaten the Kurdish administration in the country.

Speaking to Kurdpress, Anwar Muslim, said:” Kurds are facing big troubles in the three cantons of Cezire, Efrin and Kobani. However we have achieved great experiences in controlling the regions and are able to overcome our problems.” The issue will not affect on the Kurdish issue in the country and we prefer to preserve our autonomic administration and make relation with all Syrian nations in a democratic framework,” he answered the question whether power change in Syria will impact on the Kurdish autonomic administration in the country.
