24.3.2014 – MESOP – Heavy fighting convenes between the Islamic State of Iraq and as-Sham near Kobane (Ayn-Al-Arab) in northeast Syria. – ISIS has been attacking the area from three directions: Jarablus to the west, Sarrin to the south, and Tal Abyad to the east. The latest report of fighting comes from the village of Kandal near Tal Abyad. The Kurdish militia YPG claim victory, with more than 60 ISIS fighters killed and 20 captured and at least one tank destroyed.

These reports are talking about not only violations on Syrian people such as arresting, starving, and massacres, but also completely destroying of neighborhoods and using of explosive barrels.So, We’re facing a complicated catastrophe that should be resolved by democratic transition, releasing the detainees, passing the aids to the sieged areas then judging the killers, rebuilding the destroyed neighborhoods and moral and material compensation of harmed people, that all mean transitional justice.
