BDP recieves KCK’s response to Öcalan’s letter / MP Buldan brougth letter to Brussels KNK

9.4.2013 – HEWLER (DİHA) – It has been stated that the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş and BDP Istanbul Parliamentarian Sırrı Süreyya Önder received KCK (Kurdish Communities Union)’s response to Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s letter.

Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş and BDP Istanbul deputy Sırrı Süreyya Önder went to Kandil to receive the KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) response to Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s letter they had delivered on 5 April. Demirtaş and Önder went to Kandil again on Monday. The leadership of the KCK (Kurdish Communities Union) in Kandil has conveyed its response to a letter from PKK Leader Abdullah Öcalan. As it’s known, participating into the two meeting with Öcalan in İmrali Island on 3 April, the Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş, BDP’s parliamentarians Sırrı Süreyya Önder and Pervin Buldan brought the letters of Öcalan to Hewler (Arbil) and Brussels. BDP Co-chair Demirtaş and MP Önder brought the letter, which conveys the messages of Öcalan, to Hewler.

Futhermore, MP Buldan brought it to Brussels. The content of the letters has not been explained up to now but it’s estimated that the letters convey messages about the withdrawal of guerilla forces.
