This comes as another report notes that the UK granted lifetime anonymity to a teen ISIS supporter. The unusual ruling seems to only apply to UK citizens who commit the worst crimes historically. It fits part of a pattern where European countries tend to want to hide away how radicalization of far-right ISIS members occurred.
