Liwa al Tawhid Clash with Kurds
Liwa al-Tawhid Clash with Kurds in East Aleppo Clashes broke out between Liwa al-Tawhid and ‘PKK’ on the road of Tel Hassel near Tel Aran. Liwa Tawhid clashed with the Kurdish armed groups before near Efrin between 25 May and 22 June (small clash on 9 July-10 July in Afrin). But so far, no clashes happened so far. It seems the fighting is spreading to Aleppo. Allegedly Jabhat al-Nusra asked Liwa al-Tawhid for help in it’s clashes in Tel Aran and Tel Hassel. Liwa al-Tawhid is one of the biggest armed groups in Aleppo.
