We have no problem with Syria Kurds but do not accept a de-facto system: Turkey FM
29-10-2013 – KURDPRESS/MESOP – Turkey Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated his country has no problem with the Syrian Kurds but can not accept a de-facto system and the establishment of an unofficial ruling system in the Kurdish regions of the country, TRT TV said in a report on Sunday.
The Kurds should wait till the formation of a parliament system in Syria by the opposition and then seek their demands through the parliament, he went on to say. He further blamed Syria pro-Kurdish Democratic Union Party (PYD) and said the party is not the only Kurdish line in Syria, stating that the party in presses other parties to achieve its goals. Davutoglu asked the Kurds to join the opposition body of the country, accusing the PYD of “maintaining its relation with the Syrian government.”
