TWIN-TALK APO & ERDOGAN ? BUT WHERE ARE THE USUAL TAPES ?

PM Erdogan talked to Ocalan in person, deputy claims

12-3-2014 – Kurdpress – Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) Deputy Chairman Oktay Vural asserted on Tuesday that Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan had met with Abdullah Ocalan, the imprisoned leader of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), during the Oslo talks between PKK members and top government officials, Zaman daily said.

Speaking in Antalya as part of his party’s election campaign, Vural claimed that Erdogan had agreed on the creation of a North Kurdistan region in southeastern Turkey. “This pact was probably agreed as a result of their meeting in person. I am strongly convinced of this,” Vural said in response to a question about a claim to that effect that had been circulating on social media.

“It is obvious that Erdogan has been treating him as his equal,” Vural commented, reminding his audience of a recently leaked phone call in which Erdogan censured Milliyet daily owner Erdogan Demiroren for publishing the transcript of crucial talks on Imrali island, where Ocalan is imprisoned, between pro-Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party (BDP) deputies and the PKK leader.
