The Youth took the street against Baath Regime
8 April 2014 hawarnews – QAMIŞLO – Movement of the Revolutionary Youth organized a demo in the anniversary of the Baath Regime’s foundation on 7 April and stated that 7 April is the birthday of fascism in Syria. Several youth organizations and civil institutions supported the protest against the Baath Regime.
Members of Revolutionary Young Women, Soz Organization, Federation of the Patriotic Kurdish Students, Kurdish Language Institution and some other civil organizations and political parties supported the youth. The youth carried posters of Kurdish leader Abdullah Öcalan and banners stating the Baath’s oppression on people in Syria and Rojava.
