PKK offers for Turkey new constitution

7.4.2013 – Kurd Press – Ankara– The Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) has offered its suggestions for Turkey new constitution through pro- Kurdish Peace and Democracy Party (BDP), Dogan news agency said. Along with three other parties in Turkey parliament, the BDP has offered the suggestions, after some review.
BDP has reportedly discussed PKK suggestions after some meetings in Ankara and Diyarbakir. Having a decentralized ruling system, and a political regional autonomy are two main offers along with other suggestions that ask should Ankara remain as capital, borders will not change, Turkish flag and anthem will be left unchanged.
According to the suggestions Turkish will be Turkey official language but other races in any region can learn and use thier own language as the second official language. Turkey would be an atheist state and religious, racial, sex and sexual inclinations would not put hurdles on a free living.
