(PKK) KCK PRESIDENCY OF EXECUTIVE COUNCIL : Political Statement + On recent military activities (Full Report)
26-08-2012- TO OUR PEOPLE AND THE PUBLIC OPINION
AKP government and its press have launched a dirty and dangerous attack which is based on lies, deceptions and manipulations against resisting Kurdish people and their liberation movement. AKP government, who is facing to a political and psychological defeat, is applying to different kinds of deceptions and slanders in order to hide the defeat of occupying Turkish army against the HPG guerillas in Zagros and Botan and is manipulating public opinion by misleading them.
Although HPG did not claim any responsibility for the attack which occurred in Gaziantep, colonist press and AKP government tried to hold our movement responsible for this action insistently and immorally.
AKP government, who knows no bounds with lie and slander, has become so much slop by claiming that Murat Yıldız, code name Firaz, is a body guard of our presidency that is to say our comrade, Cemal.
In fact, the truth is that our comrade Cemal has never had a bodyguard called Murat Yıldız. Undoubtedly, AKP press and its supporting journalists have the intention to damage and shadow our movement’s image and reputation by making unrealistic statements. Yet, even these claims of AKP government which has unpardonable indictable offenses against humanity and Kurdish people cannot assuage its guilt; they won’t even delay its corruption and termination period.
As a movement, we are considering it as our responsibility to inform the public correctly and calling all sensitive sectors of the society to have an attitude against AKP government’s shameless policies which are based on lies and deceptions.
The attack has been done in Antep on the second day of Ramadan Feast, deeply sorrowed all our society. We offer our condolences to the families of people who lost their lives in this grievous event and we wish the injured ones a speedy recovery.
By a written statement, the Command Quarter of HPG announced to the public opinion that they have no relation with the acute incident happened in Antep. However, since the first hour after the explosion, the AKP government spent all its effort to accuse our movement while there is no evidence in their hand. Whereas the Kurdistan Freedom Movement, that came to a stage of getting a result, is in a constant effort of attaining all Kurds and aims at obtaining a substantial support from the public opinion in Turkey. Clearly, planning such and attack is not possible for our movement, has these aims and focused on getting result from the struggle. Our movement has been instructed all its units not to make any actions, particularly in civil settled areas and, on feast days. In the holiday message of KCK, released on August 18th, it was declared to the public that: `Unless it is necessary the conflicts will be avoided during the holidays’.
Assuming the role of `a government of war`for itself, the AKP, raised its hostile attitude against Kurds under the pretext of this event and made an attempt to use it as a progress against Kurdish Freedom Movement. For this, the AKP Government wanted to intimidate and fright Kurdish people, open the way for the fascist attacks and transformed this incident to a political lynching campaign.
On December 29th in 2011, in Roboski Village, most children 34 people were killed by the Turkish airstrikes. The AKP government cannot cover its crime by using the provocative incident happened in Antep, as a lifeline and purge itself of this charge while the Turkish state still has not gave account for the Roboski massacre. The AKP Goverment can not cover up its policies of war that systematically carries out, which it sees the future of its power there, with the explosion in Antep and can’t hide its liability.
No matter who this incident made by, the results is clear. War lover AKP government benefited from this event. The AKP government, forced to justify the demands of our people, aims to get social support on the basis of this attack and strive the chauvinism to find an exit from its current situation. It is clear that the AKP government, which drives Turkey to a war process both inside and outside the country, is responsible for this event.
While we condemn this incident, which hurt all the society, also do condemn the offensive language of AKP, its hostile attitude by showing Kurds as a target and organized fascist attacks towards Kurdish people, their political representatives and party branches of the BDP that may cause an internal conflict and new murders. Creating chauvinist sentiments by using a harsh language as well as inviting the society to common sense is a hypocrisy of the AKP government.
The AKP government that implements the war concept step by step both inside and outside the country, while wants international forces to target the Kurdish Freedom Movement by showing our movement within the Syria- Iran axis. On the other hand, inside Turkey, the AKP government shows our movement as a target to chauvinist-nationalist groups by using the event took place in Antep. AKP is after an effective role in the politics of Middle East, however the policies of the AKP pushes Turkey to a disaster, poisoning the peaceful future of Middle East, frustrates the democratic struggle of people, and deepen the politic dilemma of Kurdish question.
In view of these facts, all the people of Kurdistan, need to strengthen their organizations in all areas, develop self-defense and take all necessary measures for their defense. Our people should use their right of self-defense in the frame of an organizational structure and never draw back in the face of any attacks by the chauvinist-fascist may occur anywhere. They should raise their legitimate struggle for freedom. No one can frighten Kurdish people via violence and fascist lynch campaigns. Our patriot people cannot be taken over and they will never quit their just struggle for freedom.
Against the policy of the Turkish state that aims leaving the Kurds as on the non-status base, the unfair, devilish, fascist attacks, our struggle done in all Kurdistan particularly in Zagros_Botan line by our guerilla forces with a great altruism, will be continue in a higher level. No provocative incident will be allowed to cast shadow on our justified struggle. We call for all our patriot people and friends, all of the democratic structures advocating the peoples’ fraternity to develope a stronger struggle for a Democratic Peaceful Solution and Peace against the killings and common psychological warfare policies developed by AKP.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – 28 SOLDIERS KILLED IN SEMDINLI
1- On 22 August, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Kiwaxe military station/Idil/Mardin. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and 2 others wounded by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces bombarded the surrounding area of the military station with obus and tanks. The corpses of killed and wounded enemy soldiers carried away by sikorsky type helicopters.
2- Our guerrillas control in the area in between the districts of Semdinli and Gever still continues. On 23 August, our guerrilas carried out different actions against enemy military stations in the centre of the district of Semdinli and its surrounding area, within the scope of Revolution Operation. The details of of actions carried on as follows;
On 23 August at around 20:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out actions by targeting enemy in the district of Semdinli. The First Wing of our guerrillas targeted the official building of the state representative, the houses of the Special operational police teams and the security points of military of these houses. As a result, 3 enemy positions destroyed and 9 members of Police special operation teams have been killed. The Second Wing of our guerrillas targeted the Semdinli Regiment and its security Hill. As a result, 1 Mortar position destroyed and 6 enemy soldiers killed. Also, there has been fire began both in the enemy Regiment and in the security hill of the Regiment. The Third Wing of our guerrillas targeted Road security chekh-pints of both police and military. During this action, 1 scorpian type vehicle destroyed and 6 enemy soldiers killed. And, the Fourth Wing of our guerrillas carried out Road and I.D. control on the Road of Semdinli-Yuksekova, nearby the Village of Sapata. Aftermath of these actions, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the Villages of Cele and Kare, and the Hill of Gumoke.
The number of losses reported during these actions by the Turkish Media do not reflet the reality at all.
During these actions in the Central district of Semdinli 2 of our comrades reached to martry.

On 23 August in between 06:00-18:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out 3 different action on the Gare Regiment. As a result of these three separate actions, 2 military vehicles have been damaged. The number of enemy killed and wounded couldn’t be able to clerified.
On 23 August at 12:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out action on the Hill of Gumoke/Semdinli central and as a result 1 enemy soldier killed.
On 23 August in between 21:00-23:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out action on the Semdinli Brigade Commandment, where all the military targets have been hit by our guerrillas. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of this action, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments the surrounding area of the Brigade.
On 24 August at 05:00 hour, an action carried out against the security hill of the Semdinli enemy Regiment and as a result 6 enemy soldiers killed.
The occupier Turkish state army lost control of the area and carried out bombardments on many areas. On 23 August in between 10:00-11:00 and 22:00-23:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the areas of the Valleys of Nirkola, Gare and the Hill of Genis. Again, enemy forces also carried out bombardments all day and night hours, with obus and mortars, on the Villages of Genis and Meleyan. As a result of these bombardments on the Villages, the gardens, trees and grape-yards belongs to the Villagers have been damaged.
The military operation launched on 18 August, by the occupier Turkish state army in the areas of the Hills of Geliye Doski, Glord and Ceta, have been pulled back in afternoon hours of 23 August.
3- On 23 August at around 09:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action by targeting a sikorsky type military helicopter belongs to enemy, which launched a military operation nearby the Hill of Ceta/Uludere/Sirnak. The helicopter couldn’t be able to drop the soldiers on the area and had leave the area.
4- On 23 August at around 20:50 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers nearby the Village of Mixonde/Mazgirt/Dersim. While number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified, enemy military operation still continues in the area.
5- On 23 August in between 12:00-20:00 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the area of Ciyaye Res and the Hill of Cigerxwin/Zap/Seladize/the Medya Defence Areas. As a result of these bombardments a bush-fire began in the area, which still continues.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC : SYNCHRONOUS ACTIONS ON 4 MILITARY STATIONSIN SEMDINLI
Our YJA-Star guerrillas carried out synchronous actions on the military stations of Rubarok, Girana, two other new builded military stations and a military base responsible of securing these two military stations/Semdinli central, on 23 August at 15:00 hour. As a result of these actions, 1 A4 and 1 MG3 positions have been destroyed; 7 enemy soldiers, including a military officer, killed; and, 3 of them heavily, total of 9 others wounded. While enemy forces carried their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers to the district of Yuksekova centre, also carried out intensive bombardments on the surrounding areas of the actions took place, the Hill of Xwede and the area of Dola Zeyte, with war-planes, Tanks and cobra type helicopters. In mean time, the same areas also bombarded with obus and mortars, where a bush-fire began and still continues.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – AN ACTION IN VAN
1- On 22 August, the occupier forces of Turkish state army attempted to launch a military operation and, clashes occurred and the enemy forces repulsed and pulled back from the area. Aftermath of these clashes, our guerrillas carried out a search in the area of clashes and found many weapon and military equipments thrown out in the area by enemy soldiers.
The weapon and military equipment found after the clashes are as follow: 1 bomb thrower, 2 HK-33 and 1 binoculers and 1 bomb throwere belongs to this weapon, 1 hand-pistol, 2 walki-talkie, 4 telephones, 600 BKC bullets, 15 hand-grenades, 4 Thermal cameras, 4 day-light binoculers, 3 night-vision binoculers and 10 military bags.
2- On 24 August at 21:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out action on both the Axroke military station and its security hill, in the district of Ozalp/Van. As a result of these action, 1 A4 weapon destroyed and 3 enemy soldiers killed. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area of the military station with no aim.
3- On 24 August at around 17:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a military helicopter carrying military equipments from the district of Catak/Van to operational enemy forces in the area of Xawiska. The helicopter has been hit and destroyed by our guerrillas, and had to return back to district of Catak.
4- On 24 August, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control nearby the Village of Zorava, in between the district of Caldiran/Van and Dogubeyazit/Agri. While our guerrillas stopped and ckecked the I.D. of the travellers in the cars, also informed the people about the developing period. During the Road Control, 3 TIRs and 2 Lorries have been burnt and destroyed belongs to the companies with no trade permission and-or collobaration with enemy. Our guerrillas also burnt and destroyed a bulldozer belongs to the Wan-Tas Company and detained operator of the buldozer, Zeydin Sorgut, collobarating wiyh enemy on the military areas.

TO OUR PEOPLE AND PUBLIC IN REGARD TO EXHIBIT OF ANTEP
On 20 August, we have been following up the ugly extra efforts put by the AKP to blame our movement for the bomb explosion occurred in the central city of Antep, where 9 people lost their lifes.
In the first hour after the explosion, they have began to put efforts to blame us with the explosion without having any investigation, which we have showed that all these efforts are false. Then after, they increase their efforts by publisizing a photo of one of our comrade to the press and public as a proof and a cover to make people to believe to their lies.
This dirty propaganda and exhibition, which targets our comrade and his family, do not reflect any reality at all. Our comrade, who is picture publisized, is still in his unit and contiuing to commit his daily normal duties. Our comrade do not have anything to the with the explosion occurred in the city of Antep and, he never has been to neither Antep nor any other Kurdish cities since he participated to the Guerrilla Forces.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC A MILITARY CONVOYE HAS BEN HIT IN CATAK
1- On 25 August in between 01:00-02:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Villages of Birede, Sergele and Sile, and the area of Pira Mamike/Kandil/Qeladize/the Medya Defence Areas. The air-bombardments totally targeted the civilians. As a result, while a chicken farm belongs to a Villager completely destroyed and great damage given, many gardens, grape-yards and animals belongs to villagers killed and damaged.
2- On 25 August in between 15:00-18:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out an action by targeting the Gare Regiment/Semdinli/Hakkari. Our guerrillas effectively hit all the targets during the action. Aftermath, enemy forces bombarded the surrounding area of the Regiment with obus and mortars with no aim. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
Yesterday, we made a statement in regard to weapon and military equipments left behind by the enemy soldiers while they run away from the rural area of Semdinli after clashes occurred. Our guerrillas continued their searches today as well. In addition to yesterday, our guerrillas also found 1 BKC weapon, 600 BKC bullets, 2 telephones, 1 binoculers belongs to a weapon, 2 mortar compasses, 1 night-vision binoculers and 1 signal mixer belongs to enemy.
3- On 25 August at around 13:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a military convoyenearby the Titize Bridge, which launched a military operation on the Road in between the district of Catak/Van and Pervari/Siirt. As a result, 1 scorpian type armoured military vehicle destroyed. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
4- On 25 August at around 18:20 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy operational forces nearby the Gole military station, in the district of Omerli/Mardin. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC 10 SOLDIERS KILLED IN CELE
1- On 25 August at around 19:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a work-yard of building a Dam for military purposes in the district of Nurhak/Maras. During the action, the stands of the Dam destroyed and 1 G3 type weapon confiscated by our guerrillas.
2- On 26 August, enemy soldiers from the Bilican Regiment, in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari, launched a military operation. At around 18:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against this operational enemy forces made of 100 soldiers. Aftermath of the action, clashes occurred and continued for an hour in between our guerrillas and enemy forces.
As a result of the action and clashes a total of 10 enemy soldiers killed and 2 enemy positions also destroyed. Enemy forces bombarded the area of action and its surrounding area three times with cobra type helicopters. Later, enemy forces carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky type helicopters. The enemy forces had to end the operation and pull back.
Also, during the clashes 1 of our comrade reached to martry as well. We will announce the I.D. details of our comrade in the upcoming days.
3- On 26 August in between 09:00-14:00 hours, our guerrillas carried a road control on the triangle of Begoza/Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stop and control the I.D.s, also informed the people about the devoloping period. During the road action, our guerrillas also burnt and destroyed a water tanker carrying water to the Rubarok enemy military station, and its driver, Hazim Yunusoglu, has been detained, who has already been warned before by our guerrillas not to collobarate with enemy.
4- On 26 August in between 18:00-20:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control nearby the Village of Arman, on the Road of Dersim-Hozat. Our guerrillas stop the vehicles and carried out I.D. control.
5- On 26 August, the occupier Turkish state army launched a new military operation in the Valleys of Munzur and Harcik/Dersim. The operation still continues.
6- On 26 August in between 07:00-18:00 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of the Village of Bektorya and its Valley, the Hills of Kato Sule and Sipan, and the Strait of PKK/Haftanin/Zaxo/the Medya Defence Areas.
7- On 13 August, our guerrillas carried out an action in the district of Erzin/Hatay, and as a result 5 policemen killed and 4 others wounded. In the same action, 1 of our comrade also wounded and despite all the efforts shown he couldn’t be able to survived and martryd.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC 5 SOLDIERS, INCLUDING ONE OFFICER, KILLED IN DERSIM
1- On 24 August, the bulldozer operator, Zeydin Sargut, who have been detained by our guerrillas during a road control in between the districts of Caldiran/Van and Dogubeyazit/Agri, on 24 August, have been released after his administrative and jurisprudence procedures completed.
2- On 26 August at around 15:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out a road control in between the Village of Findik and Sewadiye enemy Military Base/Mount Gabar/Sirnak. During the control, our guerrillas detained a person name Halil Esendemir, who was carrying lojistical materials to the Sewadiye Military Base.
3- On 26 August at around 24:30 hour, our guerrillas carried an action against the pipelines of the Kerkuk-Yumurtalik, passing through the district of Silopi/Sirnak. As a result, great damage occurred in the pipeline. During the action, one of our comrade reached to martry as a result of severe explosion.

4- On 27 August at around 14:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a Sirtkan military station belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, in the district of Hozat/Dersim. As a result, 5 soldiers, including 1 officer, killed. Enemy forces carried away the corpses of their killed and wounded soldiers in the morning hours of 28 August. Aftermath of the action, military operation launched in the morning hours. Enemy forces also carried out bombardments with obus and mortars on the surrounding area with no aims. As a result of these bombardments, a bush-fire began in the area, which still continues.
5- While our guerrillas continuing to control the areas in the districts of Semdinli-Yuksekova and Cukurca, there have been actions carried out in all three districts by our guerrillas, on 27 August. Those are;
On 27 August, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Gare Regiment, in the district of Regiment, in the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed. Aftermath of the action, enemy soldiers carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the surrounding area with no aim.

As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and 2 others wounded. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the area with no aim. In between 26-28 August, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of Geliye Zap, Gare, Ertus and Kucuk Cilo/Cukurca/Hakkari. Enemy attacks on the area still continues.
6- In between 26-28 August, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of Hestber and Segamerge/Genc/Bingol. As a result of these bombardments, a bushfire began in the area, which still continues.
7- On 28 August at around 05:40 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a Kisimli military station, which continues to be build, in the district of Baskale/Van. As a result, 1 enemy soldier killed and 1 other wounded.
8- Yesterday we announced that on 26 August, the enemy soldiers from the Bilican Regiment launched a military operation in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari, and a clash occurred in between our guerrillas and these enemy soldiers where 10 soldiers killed and 2 enemy positions destroyed. And, also 1 of our comrade reached to martry.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – ONE SOLDIER KILLED IN ULUDERE
1- On 26 August at around 17:00 hour, clashes occurred in between our YJA-Star guerrillas and the soldiers of occupier Turkish state army nearby the Sinek militar base, which launched a military operation. The clashes continued for an hour and as a result, at least 1 enemy soldier killed and many others wounded. Enemy forces carried away the corpses of their killed and wounded soldiers with sikorsky type helicopters, and bombarded the area with obus and mortars with no aim.
2- On 26 August at around 21:30 hour, our YJA-Star guerrillas carried out an action against a enemy military station, which is continuing to be build, in the area of Xirwata/Yuksekova/Hakkari. As a result, 2 private security guards have been wounded and 2 work machines burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas.

1- On 26 August at around 16:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Oramar military station belongs to the occupier Turkish state army. All the targets have been effectively hit by our guerrillas. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified.
2- On 28 August in between 11:00-12:30 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the area of Sute/Carcela. As a result of these bombardments a bush-fire started in the area, which still continues.
3- On 27 August, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Cemce, in between the district of Kagizman/Kars and Agri. Enemy military operation still continues in terms of ambushes in the areas of the tents of Nomads.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – ACTIONS BY OUR GUERRILLAS
1- For a while now, the hidden units belongs to the occupier Turkish state army carries out ambushes on the Road of the district of Karliova-Bingol.
2- On 28 August at around 20:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the operational enemy forces belongs to the occupier Turkish state army, in the area of Rojnek/Dersim central. Number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers could’t be able to clerified, and the corpses of killed and wounded enemy carried away by sikorsky type helicopters.
3- On 29 August in between 18:30-20:00 hours, our guerrillas carried a Road Control on the Road of Dersim-Erzincan. While our guerrillas stopped 100 vehicles and checked the I.D.s, also informed the people on the Democratic Autonomy and the developing period.
During the control, 3 TIRs, 1 Fuel Tanker and 1 lorry, belongs to those companies doing trade with no permission, burnt and destroyed by our guerrillas. Aftermath of the action, while the cobra type helicopters bombarded the area, the occupier Turkish state army launched a military operation, which still continues in the areas of Kirmizidag and Gomemis.
4- The military operation, which has been launched by the occupier Turkish state army on 26 August, still continues. In mean time, enemy forces bombarding the areas with no aim to start bush-fires, which are still continues to burn.
5- On 29 August in between 14:00-16:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control in an area in between area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While 40 vehicles stopped and the I.D. contol made, our guerrillas also informed the people about the developing period.
6- On 29 August in between 18:30-19:30 hours, our guerrillas carried out a Road Control on the Road in between Sirnak and the district of Eruh/Siirt. While 40 vehicles stopped and the I.D. check-up carried out, our guerrillas also informed the people on the developing period.
During the Road Control, 1 lorry belongs to a company working on building roads for military purposes with in collobaration enemy, burnt and destroyed, also lorry driver Mehmet Ali Naz detained by our guerrillas.
7- On 29 August at around 17:30 hour, clashes occurred in between our guerrillas and enemy soldiers belongs to occupier Tirkish state army nearby the Kockiran military station, in the district of Ozalp/Van. As a result 1 enemy soldier killed.
8- On 26 August, our guerrillas detained a person on the Road of Findik-Suadiye/Mnt. Gabar/Sirnak, who was carrying lojistic for the enemy. The detainee, Halil Esendemir, has been released after administrative and jurisprudence procedures.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ACTIONS IN BOTH MARAS AND OSMANIYE
1- On 29 August in between 18:00-19:00 hours, the occupier forces of Turkish state army carried out bombardments with cobra type helicopters on the Hill of Cum and Hillsides of Korxe/Lice/Amed. As a result a bush-fire began in the area which still continues.
2- On 29 August at 19:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against the Special Operational Teams of the Jendarmeria while carrying military operation nearby the Village of Olukbasi, in the district of Pazarcik/Maras. As a result, 1 military vehicle destroyed, yet number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Enemy forces closed the road to civilian vehicles for an hour, and carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with ambulances.
3- On 29 August at around 21:00 hour, two members of the AKP opened fire on our guerrillas, who went for a duty to the Village of Dasina/Caldiran/Van. Yet, our guerrillas did not retaliated due to presency of children and women in the surrounding area, yet burnt and destroyed 2 vehicles belongs to these attackers.
4- On 30 August at around 09:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a cargo train carrying military materials, while passing by the district of Bahce/Osmaniye. As a result of this action, while railway damaged, 4 vagons of the cargo train also destroyed.
5- On 30 August in between 09:00-15:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out a road control in between the area of Gerdiya and the district of Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped 60 vehicles and controlled the I.D.s, also informed the people about developing period.
6- The occupier Turkish state army have been carrying out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of Geliye Zap, Hine and Helwesis, in the district of Cukurca/Hakkari, since 29 August. As a result of these bombardments, bush-fires began in these areas which still continues.
7- On 31 August in between 02:00-05:30 hours, the occupier Turkish state army carried out obis and mortar bombardments on the areas of Kato and Dola Sule; the Strait of PKK and the Valley of the Village of Bektorya/Haftanin/Zaxo/the Medya Defence Areas.
8- The detainee name Mehmet Ali Naz, who has been detained on the road of Sirnak and Erduh/Siirt, has been released by our guerrillas after administrative and jurisprudence procedures.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC – 7 SOLDIERS KILLED IN THE DISTRICT OF SEMDINLI
1- On 29 August, the occupier forces of Turkish state army launched a military operation in the area of Sex Cuma/Bitlis. Second day of the enemy operation, 0n 30 August at 17:30 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against enemy. As a result of this, 1 position of enemy destroyed and at least 1 enemy soldier killed by our guerrillas. The enemy military operation still partially continues with new deployment of soldiers.
2- On 31 August, our guerrillas carried out two separate action against the Gare Regiment.
The first action carried out at 11:00 hour and while one conteynir in the Regiment destroyed, number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of the action, the occupier Turkish state army carried out bo,bombardments on the Hill of Genis, the areas of Gare and Goste, with obus and mortars.
The second action against the Gare Regiment carried out at 17:00 hour, against a position, where 7 enemy soldiers positioned. As a result, while position destroyed, also all these 7 enemy soldiers killed as well. Aftermath of this second action, enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the Hill of Konserve and the Valley of the River of Hacibeg.
3- On 31 August at around 12:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against a cargo train carrying military materials, while passing through in between the Villages of Kawlik and Runexware, in the ditrict of Saray/Van. As a result, the cargo train divided in to two parts and 4 vagons have been destroyed. A great damaged occurred on the cargo train.
Aftermath of the action, the occupier military forces deployed to the area, including 4 Panzers and 3 scorpian type armoured military vehicles, also face upon an action by our guerrillas. As a result of this action occurred at 14:15 hour, 1 Panzer has been destroyed. While enemy soldiers killed and/or wounded within the Panzer couldn’t be able to clerified, 2 soldiers who were around the Panzer killed. Aftermath of the action, enemy forces carried away their corpses of killed and wounded soldiers with 5 sikorsky type helicopters. Enemy military operation in the area still continues.
4- On 31 August, our guerrillas carried out an action against a enemy military convoye carrying out a military operation in between the area of Gire and 49 Military stations. As a result, 1 hedgehog type armoured military vehicle destroyed. The number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. In mean time, our guerrillas also carried out another action against the Gire Military station. As a result, 1 Nicon type binoculers destroyed. Yet, the number of killed and wounded enemy soldiers couldn’t be able to clerified. Aftermath of these action, the enemy forces carried out obus and mortar bombardments on the area of Ciyaye Res, which still continues.
5- On 1 September at around 06:00 hour, our guerrillas carried out an action against operational enemy forces, carrying out military operation for securing the exchanging of soldiers of the Military stations in the Region, in between the Villages of Ewina and Dengiza, in the ditrict of Savur/Mardin. As a result, while 1 Reo type military vehicle destroyed, number of killed and wounded enemy couldn’t be able to clerified.
6- An official of a Head of a district in the Kulp/Amed, who has been detained on 17 August, has been released by our guerrillas after his administrative and jurisprudence procedures ended.

TO THE PRESS AND PUBLIC : TWO SEPARATE ROAD CONTROLS MADE – IN BETWEEN GERDIYE AND SEMDINLI
1- On 1 September in between 09:30-13:00 and 14:30-17:00 hours, our guerrillas carried out two separate road controls in between the area of Gerdiye and Semdinli/Hakkari. While our guerrillas stopped and control the I.D.s of the people in the vehicles, also informed the them about latest devolopments. The occupier Turkish state army attempted to intervene to the second road control made by our guerrillas, with cobra type helicopters, yet our guerrillas retaliated and as a result the enemy cobra type helicopters retreated.
2- On 1 September at around 17:30 hour, the occupier Turkish state army launvhed a military operation by air-landing its forces on the areas of Ballimezra, Qaleya Seyid Riza and Bokir, in between the district of Ovacik and Dersim Central.
3- On 1 September in between 22:00-23:00 hours, the war-planes belongs to occupier Turkish state army carried out air-bombardments on the Hill of Genis and the Mnt. Goman/Semdinli/Hakkari.
4- The occupier Turkish state army have been carrying out obus and mortar bombardments on the areas of Ciyaye Dera, Desta Bira and the Villages of Spivyan/Mnt. Gabar/Sirnak. As a result of these bombardments bush-fire began in the area, which still continues.
