SOUTH KURDISTAN (IRAQ) Bridges that were just rebuilt are destroyed in floods in Mosulby Seth Frantzman 18 Mar 2019 – Mosul suffered greatly in the battle to liberate the city from ISIS. Reconstruction has been slow. Repairing the bridges was essential to helping the city. However major rains in mid-March have now damaged the bridges. But it appears that whoever built them had not built them to withstand the flooding.
