Can you show evidence that everyone is on payroll in Kurdistan Region? I have two sisters and brother who are university grads. They are jobless and are not in KRG payroll. Appreciate your help with this to put them on KRG payroll as your claim “everyone”.

But that is a limited strategy, and you can’t put everyone on the payroll (except in the KRI…). So the PM’s promise last night rang hollow. Everyone knows there is no (or almost no) more money for state salaries. That rolls are full. So now what do you do?
