13 Oct 2019 – Ahmad Delzar, a 100-year-old man in an interview with Rudaw media, puts an end to Trump’s balderdash ( nonsense ) about the role of Kurds in the invasion of Normandy.
Ahmad Delzar, a one-hundred-year-old man, was a Kurdish soldier in the Army of Levies , a British Division, consisting of Kurds and Assyrians. He says “…among them there 9000 Kurdish soldiers , 40 of whom were paratroopers that landed in Normandy…” He calls Donald Trump flawed about history and the role that Kurds like him played during the war .
