MESOP UPDATE: Iraq files for arbitration against Turkey, Botas
By Ben Lando of Iraq Oil Report – May 23rd, 2014- Iraq on Friday took legal action against Turkey for facilitating autonomous oil exports by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) without Baghdad’s approval.
