#Russia’s airpower has undoubtedly transformed #Syria conflict dynamics, but don’t underestimate advances in Iran-backed militia capability.
PT: The latter has been demonstrated in #Latakia & will prove crucial in determining the eventual fate of #Aleppo city, after likely siege.
