MESOP SHORT CUTS : Muhsin Sadoun denies the threat by Kurdistan president to stop the Iraqi export of oil & water cut

17-3-2014 – Baghdad: The leader in the Coalition of Kurdish Blocs Mohsen Sadoun denied on Sunday the threat by president of Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani to Iraq’s federal government to stop the export of oil through Kurdistan territory of the province and the water cut from Iraq.
