MESOP : PUTIN MEETS NETANYAHU
MESOP SYRIA: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is expected in Moscow on Monday to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss (RFE/RL) Moscow’s military presence in Syria. The meeting follows the start of defense talks (NYT) between U.S. and Russian ministers last week. Meanwhile, a monitoring group said that seventy-five U.S.-backed moderate Syrian rebels entered (Al Jazeera) northern Syria from Turkey over the weekend.
