 IS Chief Baghdadi Is in Syria near Iraqi Border: Iraqi Intelligence –  Bghdadi has left for Syria a long time ago

Basnews English –  17/04/2017 – 18:15 – ERBIL — Iraqi Falcon Intelligence Cell (FIC) announced on Monday that the Islamic State (IS) leader Abubakir al-Baghdadi is still alive and he is living on the Syrian soil near the Iraqi border.

FIC reported that Baghdadi is travelling across the Syrian border strip adjacent to Iraq.

Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi previously revealed that the IS chief al-Baghdadi has fled Mosul a long time ago. According to Iraqi military officials, Baghdadi is no longer inside the city of Mosul where the fight is continuing against the militant group and that he has no role in the military operations in the city.  www.mesop.de
