24 Dec 2017 – Emily Thornberry the shadow foreign secretary of the UK Labour Party gave a controversial speech earlier this month appearing to claim legitimacy for the genocidal Assad Syrian Government. She has now confirmed this impression by issuing a photograph as part of the campaign by the European Solidarity Front For Syria. She appears to believe this is a far-left group, when it is actually part of an Islamophobic European Fascist network. “If this picture is genuine then the symbolism of this act is regrettably apposite”, a senior former colleague stated.
