Observation & Question: – The #PKK is a designated terrorist organization in the U.S. – Does public expression of support for the #PKK, its leadership & actions, and dissemination of its propaganda & ideology online qualify as a criminal act?

I ask, because public expression of support for the #PKK is now common-place — even at times, in mainstream media. Charities, “research organizations” & more exist legally on U.S. soil disseminating #PKK ideology & defending the #PKK’s agenda. Surely that raises legal Qs?

The FTO list is a political tool and there are groups far more qualifying of the term “terrorism” than PKK not on it so it doesn’t really mean all that much

What does designating an organization as a terrorist one entail? I never understood this concept. It has 0 effect on the organization especially the PKK that’s fully supported by the US administration.
