YPG and Peshmerga coordinate fight against ISIS militants at the border. Peshmerga controls Rabia en YPG controls Tel Kocer. There was a meeting between Kurdish Peshmerga forces and YPG at the border. Moreover, the border gate Samalka was opened today, and Syrian Kurdish refugees were allowed to go back to Rojava through the gate which was closed for 2-3 Months. Kurdish forces are best equipped to fight ISIS, not Assad or Maliki.
