MESOP ISIS ESSENTAL DECLARATIONS : Shaykh Abū Muhammad al-’Adnānī ~ Whatever of Good Reaches You is from Allah

New audio message by ISIS spokesman Shaykh Abū Muhammad al-’Adnānī

Audio message  Translation:
Whatever of good reaches you is from Allah [mā aṣābaka min ḥasanatin fa-min Allāh]

All praise is to Allah, the Mighty, the Strong, and may blessings and peace be upon the one sent with the sword as a mercy to the worlds

As to what follows

Allah the Exalted said, “[Remember] when your Lord inspired to the angels, “Verily I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieved, so strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip.” [8:12]

Praise be to Allah who was true to His promise, and He made firm His servants, and He assisted His Army, and He alone defeated the Rāfiḍah.

Praise be to Allah Who filled their hearts with terror and their feet with defeat.

Praise be to Allah who made their weapons, their equipment, their vehicles and their wealth as ghanīmah (war booty) to the Mujāhidīn.

And perhaps the world today stands stunned before the victories of the Islamic State of Iraq and Ash-Shām, enemies and supporters, in amazement and bewilderment, and they are asking –

“Who is supporting the State?”

“Who is sponsoring the State?”

“What is the source of their funding?”

“From where are they being armed?”

“Who is planning on its behalf?”

“What is the secret behind its endurance whilst everyone has declared war upon it?”

Know then the truth of the matter – The State has no might nor strength except by Allah.

The State was not victorious due to quantity of men, nor due to its equipment or weaponry, nor due to its wealth. The State is only victorious by the favour of Allah alone, with its belief which shattered every type of fortification, and exposed all of the false claims. The State gains its victory through the faith of its soldiers in the victory of Allah.

“Those to whom hypocrites said, ‘Indeed, the people have gathered against you, so fear them.’ But it only increased them in faith, and they said, ‘Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.’ So they returned with favor from Allah and bounty, no harm having touched them. And they pursued the pleasure of Allah, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.” [3:173-174]

The State gains victory due to the sincerity of its soldiers – “[And they are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakāh and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of all matters.” [22:41]

The State gains victory due to the sacrifices of its soldiers and its sons – “Those [believers] who responded to Allah and the Messenger after injury had struck them.” [3:172]

The injuries did not weaken them, the raids did not frighten them, the prisons do not change them, they are not averse to killing, displacement, with little or if abandoned, they endured hunger, shortages and deprivation for years following months following days and days, they became firm and they endured and were patient. In the prisons, in the homes, below the ground, in the mountains, in the valleys, in the desert, and what shall explain to you the reality of the desert, in the open air and in the intense dry heat.

The State gains victory because as its Amīr (leader) Abū ʿUmar said, it is victorious because it is built from the remains of the martyrs, it is watered with their blood, and by it the marketplace of Paradise is conducted.

It is victorious because the success of Allah is in this Jihād, is brighter than the sun in the centre of the sky

It is victorious because it is not contaminated by earning from ḥarām (forbidden) sources or a distorted manhaj (methodology)

It is victorious due to the sincerity of its leadership who sacrificed their blood, and the sincerity of its soldiers who established it with their selves – we perceive them as such and Allah is their ultimate Judge

It is victorious because it is the unity of the Mujāhidīn and the shelter of the oppressed

It is victorious because Islam began to prevail and to rise, the clouds have begun to disperse and disbelief has begun to be defeated and exposed

It is victorious because it is a call of the oppressed, the tears of the ones who are mourning, the cry of the captives and the hope of the orphans

It is victorious because disbelief in all of its nations and its sects has gathered upon it, and every owner of desire and deviation, every bellowing coward has began to stab at it, and so we remained certain with sincerity of our goal and correctness of our path

It is victorious because we are upon certainty that Allah shall not break the hearts of the oppressed monotheists, and shall never allow the nation of oppressors to gloat over us

It is victorious because Allah the Exalted promised in His precise revelation where He said, “Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession to authority upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them therein their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, for they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that – then those are the defiantly disobedient.” [24:55]

For this is the truth,

So O Soldiers of the State, O sons of the State, O supporters of the State throughout:

Remember always and know that this victory, and every victory, is not but from Allah; by the grace of Allah alone and His favor upon you. No might for you and your State and no power except by Allah.

So remember always your weakness, and the limit of your planning, and be humble to Allah always and never be arrogant over His slaves, and beware, beware, that you be afflicted by vanity and pride.

Learn from the previous lessons, for what Allah the Blessed and Exalted, has favored upon His Soldiers by victory and then vanity and pride were between them, except was it then followed by punishment, defeat and great calamities

Allah the Exalted said, “Why is it that when a single disaster struck you, although you had struck with one twice as great, you said, ‘From where is this?’ Say, ‘It is from yourselves.’ Indeed, Allah is over all things competent.” [3:165]

And Allah the Exalted said, “What comes to you of good is from Allah, but what comes to you of evil, is from yourself. And We have sent you, [O Muḥammad], to the people as a messenger, and sufficient is Allah as Witness.” [4:79]

And Allah the Exalted said, “Allah has already given you victory in many regions and [even] on the day of Ḥunayn, when your great number pleased you, but it did not avail you at all, and the earth was confining for you with its vastness; then you turned back, fleeing.” [9:25]

So increase in saying, ‘There is no might nor power except by Allah’. Disavow yourselves from your might and your power in preference to the Might of Allah and His Power, and renew your intentions and put your trust always upon Allah.

Beware of becoming proud because of the victory Allah has given you, then you might take your enemy lightly, and they remain in power over you.

Beware that you fall into vanity because of that which Allah has favoured you with from planes, tanks, armoured vehicles, Hummers, cannon guns, weapons, munitions, tools and machines; for your victory is not by it, depend on Allah not upon it, and put your trust on Him, not upon it (weapons), and if you enter a village lower your heads, the Sunnah of your Prophet (may Allah’s Blessings and Peace be upon him). Do not boast nor be ostentatious. “Indeed, Allah likes not every self-deluded and boastful person.” [31:18]

And accept the repentance from those who want to repent, and restrain from those who restrain from you, and pardon your family, the people of the Sunnah, and forgive your people, the Sunnah of your Prophet (may Allah’s Blessings and Peace be upon him) to his ability. And let them pardon and overlook.

“Would you not like that Allah should forgive you? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.” [24:22]

And remember, if a thousand disbelievers were to survive mistakenly, is more beloved to us than killing a Muslim mistakenly.

And beware of dunyā (the life of this world), for its doors have been opened for you and it has come to you willingly, so be not deceived by it, nor be subject to its trials. Continue upon your Jihād. “And what is with Allah is better and more lasting.” [28:60]

Verily the lions are truly lions when they take what is rightfully theirs – A catastrophic day for the one defeated and not for the one who is victorious

Progress to meet your Lord and do not be trialled by victory, do not soften towards your enemy while Allah has granted you their weaponry. So continue advancing in your battle, for the fighting has not heated yet. For it will not be heated except in Baghdad and Karbala’, so strengthen yourselves and be ready, be ready.

And we shall not fail to announce to the soldiers of the Islamic State and its sons and supporters everywhere, the great news of martyrdom of a champion from among the champions of the Islamic State, a leader from among its leaders, a symbol from among symbols, a banner from among its banners, a chief from among its chiefs, a man from those who established it – ʿAdnān Ismāʿīl Najm Abū ʿAbdur-Raḥmān Al-Bīlāwi Al-Anbārī.

O Lord make his place in the Gardens of Paradise – And with full pleasure we meet the calamity and we persevere

With praise and with patience, beauty with contentment – We meet fate with reward and persistence

We meet the calamity of our beloved standing strong – With forbearance, with the disappointed we persevere

We perceive him as such and Allah is his ultimate Judge and we do not praise anyone before Allah.

From the first forerunners in the Jihad against the Crusaders on the lands of Mesopotamia. If you were to mention the Ansar, then count him of the earliest seasoned veterans. If you were to mention Tawḥīd and Jihād, then count him of the founders. If you were to mention the Islamic State, then count him as one of the firm establishers of its pillars and its greatest leaders. If you were to mention history, then count him from the Mujāhidīn, the conquerors the champions. And if you were to mention the people of courage, generosity and courtesy, then count him from its beginning.

He, may Allah’s Mercy be upon him, did not accept any softness in his Religion, patient enduring fearless, a lofty endeavour of supreme determination, an enragement to the hypocrites and apostates, if he were to enter in a place they would retreat and retreat and fail; a pride to the Mujāhidīn and monotheists, if they see him, they would rejoice, feel safe and calm. I only knew him to be a prayer at night time, a Mujahid fasting at noon, and I will not look at him except I would see pride, honor and manhood, and not talked to him except heard from him Tawḥīd, Al-Walā’ wal-Barā’ (loyalty and disavowal).

Shaykh Abū Muṣʿab Az-Zarqāwī settled with him and was he was the best supporter to the best of emigrants, he stayed by him and accompanied him for almist three years, and so he drank from his ʿAqīdah and absorbed his manhaj, and he was his right-hand, until Allah trialled him with imprisonment at the hands of the Crusaders, and then he remained in the school of Yūsuf for a number of years which he spent in the pursuit of seeking knowledge, and in that he was like a thirsty camel (ie. always wanting more and more knowledge). He never slackened in seeking knowledge for even a day. He read the Qur’ān in the 10 modes of recitation and he memorised them all, and as such he was (may Allah have Mercy upon him) from those who memorised the Book of Allah. He read the books of tafsīr and sīrah and he learned grammar, ḥadīth and uṣūl ul-fiqh, and his strong desire in seeking knowledge did not prevent him from taking care of the affairs of his brothers. For he was in prison the Amīr managing his brothers and solving their problems and repelling the people of falsehood as well as the deviants and their plots.

Then Allah the Blessed and Exalted bestowed His favour upon him and he was released from prison at a difficult time for the State, approximately 2 years ago, and he combined sharʿī (legal) knowledge and military knowledge. He left the prison avid to meet the enemies of God and so he continued to work night and day, as a general supervisor constantly moving between the different regions, planning the battles and managing the raids, he stoked the fighting and he turned Iraq into a Hell for the Rāfiḍah and the apostates, and he was, by the favour of Allah, the planner and the leader of the recent battles in Al-Anbar, Nineveh and Salahuddin provinces, and the mastermind behind these recent victories and conquests.

May Allah have Mercy on you O Abū (father of) ʿAbdur-Raḥmān, and may He allow you to dwell in Al-Firdaws Al-Aʿlā (the highest Paradise), and may He raise you with the Prophets, the Sincere, the Martyrs and the Righteous, and indeed they are the best of companions.

As for Al-Bīlāwī he gained martyrdom which he had long wished for and sought after, we perceive him as such and Allah is his ultimate Judge.

But as for you O soldiers of the Islamic State, continue progressing upon the path of Abū ʿAbdur-Raḥmān, roll up your sleeves and waiver not an inch in what you have liberated, and the Rāfiḍah shall never set foot upon it again except over your bodies and your remains, and advance for battle to Baghdad the Righteous, Baghdad the city of the Khilāfah, and so in it we shall have revenge, meet them in morning upon its walls, do not allow them to catch their breath, and be certain of the assistance of Allah as long as you fear Him, for verily the Rāfiḍah are a failed nation, God forbid that He shall assist them over you whilst they are polytheists who worship humans and stones.

And lastly, this is a message to the most foolish of the Rāfiḍah, Nūrī (Al-Mālikī) –

What have you done to your people you little fool? And who is more foolish than you except the one who is pleased with you to be President and leader?

Remain as a seller of underwear, political and military leadership is not for you. You have lost for your people a historic opportunity to overtake Iraq, and those that remain of the Rāfiḍah will curse you as long as they remain.

It is true that between us revenge awaits, you are correct in this though you are a compulsive liar, a long and heavy revenge awaits. However the revenge shall not be in Samarra or Baghdad, but rather it shall be in Karbala’ the city made filthy and in Najaf the polytheist city, so wait, and verily we are with you waiting.

And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most of the people know not [12:21]
